Some of the outlets were not working when we tried to use them, and the molding covering the sockets were loose. Also, the kettle's adapter was only accessible from the bathroom despite being in the room itself.

The bed was quite comfortable and the staff were very courteous to us at every encounter.

Been there for 4 days to start off my time in the Philippines. It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. Rooms were very clean and I enjoyed the pool as well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I can recommend it.

The location is good, near Ayala Mall. Swimming pool is not so big, but good. Hoping the open time could be later, it is just to 10:00pm. Room is not new, but with this value, it is good enough.

The Staff at the Check in. She was not really welcoming. She seems to be annoyed that i am not familiar with check ins and asked me why i didn't do the online check in, because it could save us time right now. the food options which we wanted order from the bar weren't mostly not available . And our telephone in the room did not work.

We loved the Breakfast. OMG ! We were a bit overwhelmed but for our city trip, this was definitely out highlight every day. the options are amazing and the quality and freshness is great. The Staff at the Breakfast is very welcoming and helpful. We loved the Bed and how easy it was to get a second bed additionally.

There was a mistake in our reservation and despite me showing them proof of a cancellation then rebooking, they refused to recognize the original cancellation and we had to pay double room rates. It was very frustrating! When I returned home, I was able to fix the situation but it was unpleasant to be stressed out about paying double for one week!!!

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good.

The Hotel Personel are very friendly and helpfull. The Pool is ok. The Buffet Breakfast is very good. We will come back here.

The usb plug in beside my bed wasnt working, i have to charge my phone in the bathroom plug sinced its the only 3 hole plug for my charger.

The breakfast and food at the hotel is expensive and is not value for money. It’s dry and does not taste very good.

Some traffic noise (it is in the middle of the city so to be expected) but I still slept fine.

Lovely friendly staff, great breakfast downstairs and nice pool and bar area as well. Comfortable rooms and cleaned regularly. Walking distance to local shopping centres and attractions. Clean and comfortable stay.

The lack of maintenance in the bathrooms. An issue is you can’t even walk down the steps of the hotel entrance to the foot path without beggars asking for hand outs. The security needs to attend to this to keep everyone safe.

The facilities including pool, bar and breakfast were like the highlight of staying there. The location is fantastic in regards to Ayala Mall

Requested a large bed as I had a baby that could sleep in the bed with me but I got single beds only. I had emailed to an email address that was given by reception but inbox was full and wasn’t received. I messaged through the booking.com app twice. First was never responded too and second I received a reply on checkout day. I don’t understand why they are putting single beds in rooms. You can’t talk to anyone when booking I will not stay again if given a single bed.

The hairdryer in the shower room is super outdated and doesn't work that really needs to get rid off or put a new one. When I tried to use it and turn it on after turning it on it stopped working then smells of burnt wire afterwards. Called the reception to have someone checked it coz I was concerned that it will cause a fire. Someone came to my room and hand me a hairdryer but they didn't get rid of the old one. Hopefully it will be pinned in their books as one of the things they need to fix.

The location is great and food is good as well. Good selection of variety of food on their breakfast and buffet.

The sound isolation is pretty bad. On our first night, there were some Koreans entering their room next door at around 2AM. They were laughing and talking super loud (that's how I know they were Korean) which obviously woke us up. Luckily my boyfriend looks like a yakuza, so after he knocked loudly on their door, they shut up and we could sleep again. The room wasn't super clean, and in general needs a revamp. You can notice that the whole room feels a bit worn down (furniture, telly, bathroom,...), though it didn't bother us too much for the price

The room was comfortable. Most amenities were provided and our overall experience was decent. The staff is also super kind, and as it wasn't our first time visiting, it was nice that some of the staff still recognized us. Breakfast is decent.

Great stay, staff were very friendly and helpful!! Driver Mark was great, took us on an inland tour through the mountains. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to walk most places nearby!

Key card didn't work a few times

Nice location next to Ayala centre and next to a lot of restaurants. Pool was nice in the evening. Great views from our room and the staff were very friendly and accommodating - set up the room for our honeymoon very nicely

See above...I would suggest you include "Very Good" between good and excellent. With the exception of the lifeguards rudeness it was actually excellent, especially your management personnel. I apologize forgetting her name. I didn't bring the lifeguard issue personally.

Air conditioning didn’t have night mode. So had to be turned off due to it being very loud. Dinner Buffet was a bit overpriced
