Everything about The Farm at San Benito was exceptional. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked a hotel type of room and we upgraded to Mahogany Villa ( as they gave me a good discount) which is of the best as we have our own pool. The view in our room is breathtaking especially if you love nature. The food was absolutely fantastic. This place effortlessly caters everyone’s needs. I really had a wonderful time in our overnight stay.

The prices are high but I do think it’s worth it.

The green environment and tranquility. The staff is amazing and the food delicious. But of course the highlight of the Farm is the great variety and quality of treatments.

Our aircon bogged down because of power interruption. I had to ask for assistance twice because they were not prompt enough. By the time they were attending to the problem, more than an hour had already passed after the brownout. The team determined that the aircon had parts that needed to be replaced. It was clear that it was not going to be repaired immediately, but they were not concerned with us waiting. I simply overhead their conversation abt the needed repairs and decided to request for a change of room instead. I just wished the management was in constant coordination with the housekeeping and engineering teams so they can act promptly. We were able to enjoy the comfort of our new room more than 2 hrs after the power interruption. It was a bit stressful, to say the least.

The staffs are not adequately trained. They need more training and information on what the hotel can offer. So many staffs yet misinformed. No matter how nice the facility, if the staffs are not well equiped, then it is useless. Waited for 2 hours at dinner time and our reservation is not on the list, so they put us on the corner feeling left alone and not welcomed. And some other activities and breakfast time, our name is not on the list. We came to know, our room number was not updated. I felt ashamed whenever they ask our accomodation and our name was not on that villa. And lastly, during our checkout.. quite a long story for that.. so to cut the story short, i hope the staffs will need to have an adequate training. Becaus It’s a very nice place, highly recommended.

I like the serenity and peacefulness. Very calm place. If you need to be alone and nature, it’s the best place to go.

I felt the treatments and add-ons were pushed a little too much. Perhaps it was due to a shorter stay duration, but I didn't need a few of the recommended treatments and were puzzled as to why they were included. I was not dissatisfied with the cost, although assuming less activities and treatments it may have reduced the overall cost of the stay. Additionally, the schedule ended up being busier than I'd hoped for the stay. The TV was old and did not work well, but the rest of the room was more than sufficient.

The staff were very attentive, engaging and helpful. A real credit to the stay and helped create some great memories. The offered food and restaurant options were very good. I did a meal plan which was exactly what I wanted. The space and facilities were beautiful and really suited my stay and allowed complete relaxation and engagement at my own pace. The treatments and wellness activities were very good and exactly what I was looking for during the stay.

Breakfast service was always a bit chaotic, but the staff really worked through the pressure and was always attentive to each guests’ needs.

2nd time to stay, very relaxing as always. Staff were all so accommodating. Happy to see more choices for breakfast and have all three restaurants open for dining options.

It was unfortunate that we had power fluctuation during our stay so some of the appliances like the TV was buzzing so we turned it off. Then we had to stay at the Al Fresco dining at Prana since the indoor dining has lighting problems. The night was cool so despite the technical problems it wasn't much of a hassle.

As a returning guest, my accommodation was more than I expected. We used to be booked at Anahaw villa and because we wanted a quiet place, I was upgraded to a Narra Pool Villa which is timely since I am celebrating my birthday at The Farm with my two nieces visiting from abroad. The staff were exceptionally attentive specially Rona who was my designated ambassador for my stay. She was able to provide all my requests. Since we arrived very late and we missed the activities, we were able to join the guided walking tour and yoga. Next time, i won't miss the Mandala flower arrangement. The breakfast was filling and healthy!! We loved our villa so much and got to enjoy the private pool! The staff during our dinner at Prana even sang happy birthday song with a dessert treat! Truly memorable.

The room does not have a fridge where we can keep food cold and fresh. We don't have enough drinking water that we have to call for refill. There's no luggage storage and no hooks to hang used bathrobes in the bathroom. The AC is dripping on the bed in the loft bed. Something should be done about the flies in the restaurant. Some of the food in the menu needs to be looked into. All of our food were not served all together during dinner and the salmon penne pasta is a let down ** it's a meh kind of experience and it took too long to have it served. Some of the food in the buffet are already cold during breakfast service.

The serenity of the resort and spaces provided to meditate and commune with nature. The cosmetic and toiletries that are nature friendly and made from local ingredients. The breakfast buffet while there's no meat served' we have enough food choices. Most of the staff are very friendly and accomodating

The property has 3 rstaurants which serve vegetarian meals, meat options would be nice.

The setting was exceptional. Lush tropical setting with well maintained walking paths, pools, meditation areas and many tropical fruit trees. The farm is secludded and was difficult to find, but worth the effort.

Me and my family stayed in The Farm for one night only but I can surely say that it was a relaxing stay. The staff are very accommodating, kudos to Hazel who assisted us during our check-in. I loved the room, its size and amenities within our Palmera Glass Villa. The breakfast was superb as well. Not sure if the management is already looking into it, but I hope in future there could be a transfer from the nearest mall to hotel which would be helpful for the guests who don’t have private cars. Overall, The Farm is recommended place to stay in Lipa!
