The only problem is that only one apartment has a drying rack. We have to go to the other residential home, which is beside us just to hang our wet clothes. Very convenient sa amin yun especially pag mag dr-dry na ng washed or wet clothes na nagamit during the trip.

We rented 2 residential homes. I love how we have our own parking space and secure naman yung gate since may harang din sa taas para di maka akyat pag may nag balak man. I like how clean and comforting the atmosphere is. As soon as we arrived, the place was neatly organized, and the a/c was working well. They provided all the stuff that is essential for our one night stay, like a fully equipped kitchen (pot, pan, water dispenser, microwave, knife, spoon, fork, plate, cup, mug), set of toiletries (soap, shampoo with conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, tissue, hair blower). Very spacious din yung mga room. Overall experience, very satisfied and recommended for barkada or family trip.

Although the pillows are quite soft to our liking, but it's only our personal preference. They are still comfortable.

Very neat and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, the water in shower had heaters, the rooms are well lit, with aircon (including ac at living room/dining) and properly ventilated, the neighborhood was peaceful, the place looks new and the garage had cctv for security. Water with water dispenser, towels, Soap, shampoo and toothbrush are provided which is a plus. The rooms have bigger space than hotel which is also great. Maaliwalas and hindi mainit. Easily accessible with a car, and near to a mall, which is a few minutes drive away. All in all it was a great stay! Will definitely book again on our next pampanga visit.

Bathroom wasn't too neat. Clean place as a whole but various damaged elements in the upper floor bathroom made it look less proper than the rest of the apartment. Also some ants managed to find their way through the cracks in the bathroom walls/floor.

Very accommodating and friendly host. Property was as described. Clean modern place. Good WiFi connection. Various safety precautions, modern card-access, camera security outside. Spacious gated parking in front. Highly recommended!

Good for families! Clean and spacious, AC all through out, quiet neighborhood but at the same time a short distance to shops and restaurants. Gerald was very responsive and accommodating. We needed an iron but they had a steamer for us to use so even better! We enjoyed our stay and want to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

There was a rotational browout when we arrived so the power was out for a few minutes. It turned on not too long after though so no problem plus we were informed about it by the host👌

What you see is what you get! Very spacious apartment, good for families. The place is very clean when we arrived and smells great! All the rooms are nicely kept, with towels and toiletries already available. Good internet service and very beautiful interior decorations. Overall, we loved our stay here!

Everything! We loved everything about this place! The house was super clean and the amenities are complete.✨ Every room is airconditoned, even the living room! They have shower heater and hair dryer. There's free drinking water (hot and cold), microwave, ref, rice cooker and other kitchen tools too! This will definitely now be our favorite place to stay whenever we're in Pampanga. My family really loved the place and Sir Gerald was really nice and very responsive to my messages. He even asked us if we enjoyed our stay, which we truly did. ❤️ Thank you sir! It's also near the Marquee mall which is very convenient. 😊

- Great facilities, kitchen, spacious living room and bathrooms, outdoor patio - very well designed modern 2 floor apartment - extremely clean - excellent location, with very easy transport to to centre, i.e grab and local tri-cycle - spacious bedrooms and excellent a/c throughout - Netflix access without using your own account - brilliant responsive staff / management throughout our stay - unbelievable value for money for a group of 4 Absolute no hesitation in recommending this apartment, the best we stayed in so far in the Philippines

Nothing big of a deal, but the bidet was a little strong hehe. Nonetheless, it did not affect our wonderful stay at all.

The four of us pretty much liked the overall ambiance and comfort of Don Mamerto House. It was neat, spacious, and relaxing. We were supposed to only stay for one night after ENHYPEN's concert at NCC Stadium, but due to exhaustion and after feeling comfort, we asked the host for an extra night. We were fortunate enough to have been allowed for an extended stay. It was close to a lot of establishments and malls so the location was pretty great. Sir Fritz Gerald, the host, had been very kind and responsive to my messages before, during, and even after our stay. He made sure us guests felt welcomed and well accommodated. 🙏🏻 If you ever plan on going to Angeles, you won't regret booking Don Mamerto House. :) P.S. We were so relaxed we didn't have much photos of every facility/room! The entire place is as shown from the host's, so don't worry!
