Our hotel room wasn't in the main building, rather it was in an old building one street behind the beach. It was old and not renovated. There's no luxury there, just the basic amenities. But hey, there's an infinity pool!!

The location is in station one which is much less crowded but still in the action. The staff there are absolutely wonderful. They were young but they were professional, polite, helpful and always on point and would go above and beyond. Our stays included breakfast, and we were given dinner vouchers too for our entire stay.

Kept running out of pool towels. Would like bacon available at breakfast not just Filipino delicacies - tho they are nice to try! It was expensive - but then again it was peak holiday season and New Year… Be aware that if you book a standard room it does not have a balcony and faces the street.

Great location on the beach, having breakfast overlooking the water was lovely. Friendly helpful staff. Good range of choice for breakfast. nice walk on the beach to lots of restaurants and bars.

The view from the balcony was not welcoming as it faced abandoned/unfinished developments in the area. The room can also use a distinct or signature scent which can make it feel homey.

I loved the staff. They were very helpful and attentive. The transportation arrangement to and from the airport and island made travel comfortable and easy, especially for a family with kids. The breakfast buffet was great, and they accommodated requests. The hotel also helped arrange activities around the island. Even if the annex is located at the roadside behind the main hotel, the beach is still quite near.

Sliding door to balcony needs TLC.

Very pleasant location. Not so crowded we are in front of the water which is very relaxing when you wake up in the morning. The staff are very friendly, provide us an excellent service. Our room is neat and tidy except the sliding door to balcony needs fixing.

- no hot water at the annex - dead cockroach inside my room at the annex (and at main according to my companion) - breakfast needs to be improved. Please have bacon. - wifi is almost non existent at the annex

The best thing about this hotel is the staff who are very polite, courteous, and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the hotel is superb - perfect for swimming and hanging out in front of the beach.

Outrageously overpriced for the quality of the facility. We left after one night, and forfeited payment for three nights just to get out. Moved to another hotel that was 30% less expensive and much much nicer.

The rooms are overpriced and in desperate need of an upgrade. Some rooms look into the maintenance room or the pool pump room. The bathrooms are terrible. Towels are old and frayed at the edges, the water trickles out the shower head and the bathrooms are really old. The breakfasts are bad and coffee is terrible.

The location had direct access to the beach which is a prime location. the staff are friendly but that is where the compliments for the hotel end. The rest of the hotel is really bad.

Lovely location right on the beach. Relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff who went out of their way to handle any requests we had (welcome drinks and shell necklaces on arrival was a very nice touch). Food was exceptional and very well priced. Each evening was delightful, having drinks, watching the sunset while having a musician play in the restaurant. Would definitely return when back in Boracay!

We were accommodated for check-in late due to late check out of the previous guest. Such incident should be avoided and should not create stress to the next guest to check-in. We feel that we were not handled properly by the front desk, they just let us wait. They did not even offer anything like welcome drink to lessen the disappointment we were feeling, or heard a sincere sorry from their end. The facilities needs upgrade, it’s a bit outdated and the shower hot water is malfunctioning. The amount we paid overnight is not worth it’s service and facilities.

We booked room for 6 nights at Annex building, but the stuff gave us a room in the main building for 3 nights and 3 nights in the Annex building which was actual room! The room they gave us in the main building and claimed it’s free upgrade was absolutely horrible! super noisy from early morning until late night and everything very old! actually the Annex building and our actual room was so much better! However the hotel is not worth the price they charge! only the location is great.
