We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PakistanThe service in the room was a bit slow, and we reminded several times to get it.I was in a hurry to catch Uber, and the security person angrily told me that this is not a way to go out,I know it,s his duty but he should politely told me to use the front gate instead of angry behaviour.
Rooms were good and spacious ,clean atmosphere with good lobby ,the food was also on point.

Great space and ideal location as not stuck in loads of traffic around Lahore. Staff were good and helpful mostly however did feel priorities were given to airline staff. Valet parking needs to be a free service
