They don’t have some body to take your lagged you have to take it by your self, they have parking but it’s expensive we park our car in the public spot and it was much cheaper

Folded beds could be more convenient and the hotel needs to make basic room renews, such as smell from the WC room.

I really enjoyed the staff members, the way they treated kids ( they were given toys). I like the location and parking area next to the hotel.

Very central location, easy to find parking opposite the hotel in the shopping centre underground carpark. Tram, metro and bus stops within 300m of hotel. Check-in was easy as was checkout. Clean and comfortable room. (Standard double room). Spartan, but spacious enough, functional, large screen TV,tea/coffee, bath/shower...typical for mercure. Hotel restaurant was pleasant, good staff, fast service, reasonably priced. All day service until late. ( 10pm). Bar until midnight.

Bathroom wasn't as modern and high standard as the rest of the hotel or main part of the room. Towels were quite thin and largest ones were only towels, not bath sheets so would likely be too small to close around some guests. Shower screen was rigid and hard to manoeuvre around to put in the plug to use the bathtub. Stepping out from a wet tub onto slippery tiled floor didn't feel very safe. Pancakes had clearly been sat a while at breakfast as cold and going a bit hard. Some items were not being topped up very quickly even at a non peak time. 85PLN seemed quite expensive as standard price for breakfast. I was offered a discount but still didn't feel I got good value.

Great location 5mins walk from Warsaw central station and airport bus stop or buses to the old town. On a side street so some noise protection although soundproofing also seemed good. Friendly, helpful and efficient reception staff. Large luggage storage room available free of charge. Refillable water bottle provided which could then be filled from dispensers in the corridor. 3 lifts so one was always available virtually instantly. Good sized room. I expected a queen bed but it looked bigger. Didn't use the TV much but it was massive and seemed to be reasonable choice of channels in various languages. My room was at end of corridor, furthest from the main road so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. Good choice at breakfast- batter provided next to a waffle maker, fresh fruit, bread loaves, bread rolls, pastries, cold cuts, yogurt and hot options e.g eggs, sausages (although only hot dog style)

Renovation works going on all day, lots of noisy drilling, couldn't rest during the day. Disappointed that Reception didn't alert us to this noise.!!!

The only problem we ran into was that the detergent used on the sheets gave my husband a rash. Oxiclean or scented detergents can be a problem for people with sensitive skin.

The great value for money. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. It definitely felt like home. Plus, the hotel was in a great location for us to walk to where we wanted to go. The staff was polite and friendly every time we saw them, really made us feel welcome.

If its possible to adc one Arabic chanel to the TV Program it will be nice

The prices are not cheap but again why would you think it’s a cheap hotel? So, for this sort of property, no complaints!
