We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Good breakfast, and it varied a bit every day, which was nice. The room was fine, clean and good size. The beds were hard and it did affect sleep. The location of the hotel is great, and they gave me a good price so as a whole, it was good.

TurkeyRoom 105 was a single room and has the duschw with curtains. When I have had my dusche all the water floated to the room. The reception let me change my room immediately. Why the hotels book always the worst rooms to the singles? It is an old hotel.

United KingdomThere wasn't really anything we didn't like. We would like the to thank the hotel and the staff for an excellent stay.
We stayed for 4 nights in March 24, requested a quiet room and the hotel provided this by allocating us a room at the end of the corridor. We thought the room facilities were very good and the room was cosy. We were also glad to have an English-speaking channel on the tv. We thought the soundproofing in the hotel was very good and we also enjoyed the breakfasts - which had good variety and were tasty. Staff were good and the hotel was well located for exploring the city. We liked the fact that it was away from any noisy main roads and noisy bar areas.

The location of the hotel was excellent, in the citycenter near the river but still in a quiet spot. The variety of breakfast exceeded our expectations. The interior of the room was "old fashioned" but very nice. An extra plus for the practical bathroom with a bath tub. Everything was tidy. At the reception there was a cute small bar were you can buy drinks, a bottle of wine etc. for an affordable price.

The attitude of the Receptionists and staff was very good. they were welcoming and kind. they also offered a free welcome drink. the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of local and continental options. we checked out very early in the morning and they kindly prepared for us a breakfast pack .
