I really liked this place a lot. I really did. The staff were very friendly, patient, respectful, trustworthy, understanding, and caring young girls. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was very nice and clean (despite a few stains here and there but no big deal).

WiFi had 3 networks, none of which could be accessed with the password provided. TV did not have any channels available.

Quiet and peaceful, located in an not obvious part of the city. Polite staff, clean bathrooms and good breakfast.

Toiletries such as shower gel or shampoo were available in the reception as opposed to being provided in the room and we didn't realise they were available until we were leaving. The walls were a bit thin so we could hear snoring and coughing from another room

The room itself was very nice. Single, comfortable bed, a desk with chair, small "wardrobe", TV (I didn't use it). Everything very clean. Staff very helpful (I asked for a hair dryer and they gave it to me without hesitations). Tasty breakfast - delicious scrambled eggs! Good located.

Whenever we had a question or special request, the staff at the front desk was happy to help and managed to fulfill our needs, e.g. more vegan breakfast options or change of room. The garden in the back of the hotel is lovely.

The bedsheets were not 100% clean, but the reception quickly took care of it. Also, one should note that there is an industry site nearby which some guests might find to be a nuisance.

Great breakfast and although it's a small hotel, there is always someone at the reception. Room is large enough for a stay and has a desk to work at with your notebook. Supermarkets are very close nearby.

Very noisy when other room doors are being closed, bathroom taps on push button including shower which was difficult to shower and keep pressing the button for hot water.

The light kept turning off itself in the bathroom after 5 minutes. I’ve also had an issue with a shower. The water kept stopping after a minute and I had to press it again.

The location was perfect as I had a surgery at Medicus which is located opposite of the Akira. Plenty of food to choose from served at breakfast, always fresh.

Breakfast is only from 8am. Weird taps in bathroom, you have to push it every 10 seconds, very uncomfortable. There is no power outlets near beds. Power outlets have weird standard, so that not every EU plug can be used.

Room was clean and tidy, tv and free internet included. Lovely ladies at the reception, after midnight when I checked in and in the morning, complimentary tea and coffee available at reception. Breakfast was delicious, both hot and cold dishes, quality coffee with something sweet for a good start of the day.

The bed is not comfy (you can feel the metal in the mattress), shower is "press the button" swimming pool style which is bit strange and bathroom/whole room smells a little if you don't keep the windows open.

Good price and within walking distance to the city center, so it is easy to get pretty much anywhere.

The only thing I can say is that they should get soft feet to put under the chairs in the breakfast room. Why? Because every time someone moved, there was the grating sound of metal chair leg on tiled floor! Oww! The photos of the garden are a little out of date. It's still good there, but there is a fence and the hedges are much higher now.

I've seen reviews saying the beds weren't good, the bathroom taps annoying, the key card confusing, ... None of this is really important ESPECIALLY when you have the GREAT breakfast in the morning! Normally I wouldn't choose a hotel breakfast as they are variable, but THIS one changed my mind and I WILL look for breakfasts in future. I can't say anything bad about this place. There is nothing bad to say. You would have to be REALLY picky to criticise anything here.
