It was right in the center of activity and in such a historical site.  The inside of the apartment was so adorable.  I just loved it.  Alex the apartment Manager was outstanding and went out of his way to help me in anyway he could.

Amazing accommodation meets the luxury description, beautifully appointed and spacious apartment for a family with two teenage children. Two bedrooms good size, large bathroom with laundry facilities, kitchen with everything including coffee machine, dishwasher and full sized fridge. Location in old town was perfect.

Excellent communication. Alex was very helpful and even assisted with getting luggage upstairs. Perfect spot and beautiful apartment. Very clean and had everything we needed (including an umbrella!). Just wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a great spot for exploring Warsaw.

A little noisy on the weekend from people passing in the street but this was the only noise otherwise apartment peaceful.

I have no negative feedback because everything was perfect.

Laura who met us with keys was so friendly and helpful. Shabby Chic cafe for breakfast was a great recommendation - amazing coffee. Beds were SO comfortable and the main bedroom bed was so big! Bedrooms located at the back of the building overlooking trees, so we woke up to birdsong. Kitchen really well equipped with a nespresso machine which was great (maybe bring some extra pods with you if you like a lot of coffee because I couldn't find any pods in shops). Absolutely everything you could want/need for a stay and right in the heart of old town.

The main bed-room didn't have any wardrobe space, although there was ample wardrobe storage space in the hallway. There appeared to be no dishcloth, possibly because we were expected to use the dishwasher.

Location was unbeatable right on the old town square. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was great quality. Smart TV set-up was a bonus.

Literally the only thing missing was some milk for our coffee. Other than that it was perfect.

The apartment was beautiful, the owner was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. There was even some ice in the freezer for our drinks.

Just Wow... our expectation were way over exceeded. Let me first start off by saying Alex is one of the best host i've ever experienced. We went above and beyond by referring us places to go and eat/visit, letting us do a late check out and accommodating to pick up our luggage later since our flight was in the late afternoon. He even arranged a taxi to come and pick us up in front of the building. Just Wow. The place inside was phenomanal , so clean , modern and still having this authentic old vibe of the historic part we stayed in. The even provide Hot spot if you want to take it outdoors with you. Every little touch like the international adaptors, mineral filtered water and scented towels just made our stay amazing. If you do go in Warsaw , do not look further but stay only in Mondrian Luxury Suites & Apartments.

If you go around by Uber you have to walk a couple meters, but there is no other way around if you stay in the Old town. So not really something negative, just to be aware of.

Wonderful apartment, but what was even better was the helpful, kind and more than responsive contact with the staff. Truly a remarkable service - even sending us stuff we forgot at no charge. In short: above and beyond!

Everything was amazing. The apartment has everything you need in it, it is super clean, has amazing views and the location is fantastic. Alex is the most amazing, energetic and kind host that i have met. We had an amazing stay in Warsaw and the suite was above our expectations. Worth mentioning is that we arrived early in the morning, around 7AM, and the apartment was already ready. Alex, i can't thank you enough. Keep up the amazing work you are doing and most probably we will see you in Krakow 🤭😁.
