I booked a single room based on the photos. These photos are completely misleading and are not the room given. There was no lovely seating area, and the room was no upstairs under the edges like the photo shows. I was given Room 1 right at the back of the building. Unfortunately, right near the property next door that made such a racket at 6am each morning with their deliveries. Photos of single rooms need to updated. They are misleading.

This is in a fabulous location, Kazmierz . It's a 20-minute walk into the Old v town centre and the no. 3 tram will get you to the hotel from the main station. Breakfast was excellent, and I loved how real coffee was made on a proper coffee machine. Fresh just like in a cafe. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was really clean and it was really quiet until 6am when the deliveries from the property next door started.

Just prefer brighter lights.

The details, it shifts you back to the past in a very wonderful way. Moreover, there are two ladies the receptionist and the one that prepares the breakfast, even though their English is not perfect, but you feel like they are your Aunts! You want to hug them just saying thanks for the silent love and care that they are giving.

A bit far from the train station and old town, but there are a lot of shops and cafes around. The yard is very quiet, next to church.

The arched ceiling: I needed to stoop at times to avoid hitting it. The TV connection was often lagging and pausing making viewing difficult.

Although small, the room was adequate for my needs.

After a long, sleepless night of traveling, I was absolutely exhausted and desperately in need of a few hours of rest before catching my next flight. I am beyond grateful that this hotel was there for me when I needed it most. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating. I had to check in much earlier than usual and also leave earlier than expected - and they managed everything seamlessly and with kindness. Their flexibility and professionalism were a true blessing in a moment of high stress. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was exactly what I needed: soft, supportive, and perfect for catching up on much-needed sleep. Everything was tidy and thoughtfully arranged, and I felt at ease right away. Thank you so much to the team for your warm hospitality and support! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone — whether you’re passing through or planning a longer stay. You will be in good hands.

Fantastic hotel. Great location, super central. Feels like a countryside cottage in the centre of the city. Beautiful rooms with a stunning garden. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Great breakfast too. Extended our stay here because of all this.

You know the things with these ratings is that they are a mix of objective measures and subjective feelings or needs. I was already in Krakow when I decided to extend my stay by a night. Alas, my digs were already booked, so I had to move, and a combination of Miodosyntia's ratings led me to move there. In the reviews, which influenced that decision, Marta's name featured prominently and for good reason. As we say in Ireland, she and her team went out of their way to extend me a "cead mile failte" Yes, the physical space and furnishings may lack the new car smell, but they have a story to tell, and the couches in the lobby or the lounge are a good place to take that in. My room, with a window looking back on the Church, was great. I didn't need to be pampered. I just needed to relax, and Miodosyntia allowed me to do that.

No negative sides. If you are sun sensitive, bring a mask for sleeping. There is no air conditioning.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent, everyone was really kind and helpful. The hotel is in the Jewish Quarter, an easy walk from city centre and 40 minutes from the station on foot. The area is very quiet at night, no noise from outside. You can leave your luggage before check in and after checkout. Cleaning is on demand.
