The walls seemed to be a little thin, you could hear people goin in and out of their rooms all the time, but was not a big concern to us. I would say that if you are travelling with dog and want breakfast it is a bit on expensive side for Poland, but otherwise everything great :)

It was very clean, staff was friendly, dog friendly and good location. Had everything we needed. Thing to note, all the vanity kits, etc., are downstairs available on request. So might be a good idea to ask while you’re at reception. Breakfast was 90 zlots and dog was 60 zlots extra. If you book breakfast the night before it was cheaper, if I am not mistaken 70 zlots. There is water, tea and coffee in the room + extra pillow. Bed was comfortable. We had a room on 16th floor.

Not to be picky but still: 1. The sofa bed was very squeaky - each and every move/turn resulted in an audible and unpleasant noise. Not desired at all if you have a toddler sleeping in the same room. 2. While the view from the window was nice, the window glass wasn't clean enough to fully enjoy it. 3. Some sockets were unusable (those colored red - I didn't manage to insert a plug into them). And for the record only, while our room was on the 14th floor, street noise (trams, cars) was surprisingly well audible. At night it was OK though, which is the most important thing I guess...

1. Hotel location is very good - close to the center but not too close (so it's not in a busy area). 2. Outdoor parking wasn't busy - we didn't have any difficulties with finding a parking slot. 3. The hotel room had a fridge and a kettle, which was very convenient for us. 4. Quite a few bottles of water were offered for free (which is how it should be, but unfortunately isn't at many hotels). 5. The breakfast was very good, with a wide choice of meals/products.

The room was cool. The temperature cannot be raised above 22-23 degrees, as this is the hotel rule. It sounds strange, I have never come across such rules before. What if I need a temperature of 25 degrees?! Plus the towels were not changed during the entire stay (4 nights).

Excellent location, polite staff, very decent breakfast with a large selection of dishes and, as a nice bonus, children under 16 years old have free breakfast.

The only hotel that charges 5-6€ extra to bring you sth ROOM SERVICE. ALSO we ask for an adaptor to put our charger and they said (4 star hotel) we don't. Said:" Go at the mall and buy! It's near"... After the long journey and night.. Also we were cold in the room and the heating was only until 23°C. The said: "this is our maximum".....

Baby cot supposed to be prepared in the room but we had to wait for it and call reception to chase. We were also hungry and wanted to order dinner to the room as it was baby sleep time soon. Nobody was picking up the phone in the room service or restaurant for nearly an hour. We ended up ordering food delivery from outside of the hotel.

Very attentive staff at the reception (Karol) explained everything we needed to know. Breakfast was also very good. Room was compact but everything we needed was there.

The best location imaginable. Major shopping centre across the street, and a major high street next to it. Plenty of tourist attractions, shops, take-aways and restaurants. Very close to public transport hub.

Excellent breakfast buffet with great selection, very friendly and helpful staff, walking distance (~15 minutes) to the trade fair and clean rooms, with comfortable beds and proper amenities. Always happy to return!

WiFi is free but unsecured by any password. Would have preferred a bit more care there. Underground parking is very small and crowded with one way in and out, but there are options in the shopping area next door that the hotel endorses.

Arrived late with small children, staff unhelpful with the parking, which wasn’t available on the premises. The parking details were not clear from the description, staff wasn’t too accommodating in that regard, ended up having to talk to locals instead. Sofa bed for children broken and uncomfortable.

The remote control for the air conditioner was working poorly, the buttons were sticking. Some of the outlets in the room were not working. Expensive parking - 75pln/night, difficult entry.

There was lots of noise from the street outside, although our room was on the 14 floor we could hear everything. We had an extra sofa bed in the room that was VERY noisy and uncomfortable and was not suitable for sleeping . The staff should provide a mattress for this sofa bed.

The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was really great. Location is very good and the hotel was clean.

Inability to reserve parking. Parking itself was very hot. Lifts located beside parking garage are not reliable, my family got stuck at 7th floor. Emergency button notified me call is not possible.
