Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was a loud party at the hotel restaurant with some drunk participants yelling at late night hours right under our windows that (though properly shut) did not prevent us from the noise even though our room was on the 5th floor! Better check about planned parties before you book this place.
The location could not be better for those who want to be close to the Cathedral and/or to the center. Comfortable parking (paid), decent breakfast, good restaurant with very nice staff.

Nice big room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Close to the main street. Location ok if driving. About a 20 minute walk to the train station.

It's just a small thing but the milk was on the other side of the room, it may be better if there was milk beside the cereal so no-one is walking back ad forward especially when it was busy.
The breakfast was great, lots of choice and it was always replenished so you didn't miss out on anything.

A bit old fashioned and it is on the side of a 4 lane road and extremely loud. Ask for a room that does not face to the road.

— Electronic card door lock worked very bad, even housemaid struggled with it, trying to get to our room; — Shower cabin was maybe a bit to little for me (I’m a big guy)
- We were in Częstochowa for most obvious reason here (pilgrimage to Our Lady of Częstochowa), so we valued the location, which is really perfect; - Great view to the monastery; - Decent breakfast; - Mostly friendly stuff (I must always note that I’m fluent in Polish, that’s why I normally get nearly local experience in there, but my wife doesn’t speak Polish, yet she was welcomed as well)

Hotel have limited parking space (specially when you arrive quite late). Building of hotel is not newest one.
Hotel located in the mid of city. My room was comfortable and had very nice view for Jasna Gora Abbey. Hotel offers very good breakfasts.

Too hot. In (warm) April temperature in the bathroom was like in sauna and there was no possibility to turn it off, which was making the whole room too hot to sleep comfortably.
Good breakfast, nicely decorated room, clean, very good location. Big plus for unlimited availability of still and sparkling water in the hallway, so you don't run out of water to drink in the room.

liked it all - breakfast is a little expensive.
location is close to town centre and Jasna Gora -we have stayed many times for visiting family. Pool room is good fun & the staff will get you a beer. Gym is handy. massage chair is good.

Hotel is in great location. Room was right size, warm, quiet and comfy. Bathroom a bit small but just right for what we needed which is a place to stay during a brief and fully packed trip to Czestochowa. We will stay here again in May actually. Breakfast was amazing, full of great choices. Hotel offers parking as well. Staff was nice, friendly and professional. Overall we had a great stay in this hotel.

The price for the breakfast is extortionary. 70 PLN (£13) for breakfast for one person is too high for Poland. You can get a dinner for a couple for this price.
I liked the cleanliness and standard. Very helpful and nice staff.

Toilette is a bit tiny but renewed and super clean.
It was a great stay, staff was super professional and kind. Room was very comfortable, clean with a very comfy bed. Cleaners and amazing room service. Dogs are very welcome, unlucky you can't go with them to the restaurant but room service is free.
