The parking that's available for the hotel is too far (5 minutes walking uphill) and wasn't very easy to use. The dining room was a little hectic in the mornings, and it was difficult for the staff to organize everything, clean and make sure there's sufficient refreshment of the food.

A new hotel, with new facilities and very comfortable to stay in. The beds were comfortable, excellent shower and bathroom facilities. The location s very good, right in the center of Krynica. The staff was very helpful.

No balcony, garden views instead. Would prefer to be in a different room for this reason. No room service, unless we have not been informed. We have been woken up in the middle of the night by a phone call from reception. When asking in the morning, we have been told it could have been a mistake.

Coffee situation at breakfast a little difficult. Only one domestic coffee machine and always queue to use. Often run out of milk. Was easier to go to coffee shop next door. Hotel is a little tricky to find. Be aware you can actually drive on what looks like a pedestrian only area to get to the property.

Beautiful building in great location, right in the heart of Krynica. Reasonable choices at breakfast.

There was no shampoo in the bathroom and cotton buds. The barhrobes sizes were rather for small or very slim people, but we asked and they changed it for bigger ones. Some of the rooms we had were situated over the outside restaurant next door, so when we had our windows open we could smell cigarette smoke. Its not a hotel mistake, yet good to know if it bothers you.

Spaceous and clean rooms with balconies and one of our room had a bathtub. Reception staff always helpful and also other hotel staff.

Although the external parking is located at a reasonable distance, it could be a bit tricky to navigate during inclement weather. So, it's essential to keep that in mind while planning your visit. Nonetheless, the parking situation is generally manageable and shouldn't detract from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

I had an amazing breakfast experience at this superb location! The atmosphere was awesome, with the modern new design adding to the overall appeal. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Hotel restaurant doesn’t accept dogs. Equipment of the room pretty poor for 4 stars hotel. E.g. lack of mini bar.

Bizarre misunderstanding about our dog in the breakfast let to me being interrogated like in a war movie by a grumpy waitress. Luckily we took it with humour. The rest of the staff was wonderful super helpful and polite.

One weakness was that during over 8 days of our stay, the towels were not changed at all.

Breakfast was excellent, tasty and with wide variety of choices, provided from 7 to 10.00, which I liked. Location of the hotel was excellent in the very center of the town in a quiet arrea, restricted to pedestrians and close to all attractions of the town. Staff was helpful and friendly. The parking lot in the underground small but very convenient.

In the hotel there are no amenities, just shower gel. I have expected more of 4* Hotel. Also parking was far away, not comfortable to walk with suitcases and the price was not included. Spa we were not able to use as it is for 3 person max, and it was always full, the reservation system would be great , but there was none

Sheets in the room were too thin, we were cold at night. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough, we found a lot of hairs there (not ours of course). The bathrobes were too small. The restaurant has very poor vegetarian offer. The waitress who served us wasn’t polite and didn’t come to us for a long time a then said it’s too late to order a dessert.
