It was good location for us. It was not far from the pier where we were boarding for our cruise. The employees were pleasant and helpful.

They didn’t have enough choices for someone who was vegan, the elevator and the room space was very small. The hotel air conditioner was leaking water and we had to lower the temperature really low. My daughter left her crocs in the room and they hotel staff/supervisor never gave them back.

The property was located in a good tourist area. The common areas were clean, and the staff was friendly.

Only the great laundry with no soap Powder in the shop they suggested I went 500m To buy an entire box!

Great facilities for such a reasonably priced hotel, good breakfast incl, pool, shop laundry (although they had no powder and would not donate any). Good sized comfortable room. Great central location!

PARKING SITUATION THE MULTIPARK WAS SUPPOSED FULL AND DID NOT LET ME IN, AND AS SOON AS I MOVE FROM THE ENTRANCE ANOTHER CAR PULL OVER WHEN I ASK THEY SAID IT WAS FOR ALL THE HOTELS IN THE AREA AND THAT THEY ARE NOT CONTRACTED WIHT HOLLYDAY HOTEL SON I DIDN'T HAD ANOTHER CHOISE TO TAKE THE VALET PARKING THAT BY THE WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR ONE NIGTH WITHOUT TAKING THE CAR OUT.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AN VARIABLE. ENJOY EVERYTHING ABOUT IT AN PLENTY OF FOOD WE BOTH ENJOY IT.

The bathroom was very small with little room for a good shower and to fit towels etc. You also have to be positioned to the side rather than forward to comfortably sit on the toilet stall. This was the only drawback to an otherwise very clean and functional room.

The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should; the TV, wifi, fridge and microwave. The location was excellent and we were able to get uber to the various locations we wanted to visit. The front desk staff were bilingual, friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and on time every day. I will recommend for short stays in the San Juan area.

ATM was out of service. We did not get the room we reserved. There was no change for the washing machine.

Breakfast was great. Staff was professional, very clean, had tea and coffee service throughout the day.

The shower had an odd design, the know to turn the water on was low on the wall, the room probabbly used to have a bathtub, so when you wanted to shower you got hit with cold water. Parking was next to impossible as there was an event near by and all public parking was full. The hotel did have a good valet service though.

The hotel is very nice. Great location but very busy. The bathroom was decent. A fair size. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. A standard holiday inn breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and asorted pastries.

I didn’t like that the windows to the hotel didn’t open or feature a chance to breeze out the room.

I liked that the location was close to many restaurants and that coffee was available throughout the day.

Check in & out was great. A plus was bathroom equipped with full size Dove shampoo body wash lotion and great breakfast. Jacuzzi may need to be cleaned.

Room was right next to the elevator but fortunately there was no hall noise and the elevator was relatively quiet.

Lovely, welcoming, responsive staff. Property was well-located. Room was comfortable for a city hotel. Staff packed up a little breakfast to take with us for an early departure. Very thoughtful.
