Bed and sheets not the most comfortable. Could hear next door with every move.

The hotel is a huge resort, our room was a 10-15min walk away from the main part of the hotel.

The hotel was great, the food was different every day, drinks were VERY strong! Not like the usual all inclusive cocktails that taste like juice! Big pool, lots of sun loungers didn’t need to worry about where we’d sit even with there being 6 of us!

I think the room was a little outdated and not that spectacular at all. I did visit another 5 star hotel during my time and the room at Adriana was definitely nicer. It's a shame about the bed being a twin bed pushed together. I think the spa is a little boring too, not very relaxing or zen at all but was glad I could book it in.

The staff are amazing, friendly and super helpful. The staff I encountered outside the reception and bar didn't all speak fluent English but they would always go above and beyond to help. The food was good. The 1€ return shuttles to the nearby town were great too, fantastic value for money. All in all it was a lovely stay.

We went off-peak season so a lot of the activities weren't running and not all the restaurants were available on the resort. But that's on us for going at that time of year. We liked that it was quiet and not overrun with other guests.

Lovely resort and was very clean and the food was good. It was easy to walk around it. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I also liked the transfers into the main towns as the resort is located further away and not walkable.

The bed linen felt humid at times, the neighbours were really loud till 3 am last night of the stay, so there were some minor things, but overall they didn't spoil the positive impression.

The staff was wonderful, the food was excellent with the variety for everyone's taste, the beach with cliffs was stunning, the superior room was ok.

Focus is clearly on volume not on quality, with very little eye for detail and ultimately not on par with 4star hotel. The bar area had the typical putrid smell of a postmix or bartray never getting properly cleaned. The spa facilities were simple with a pleasant enough sauna, but the steamroom was out of order. We had a screw sticking out of the bathroom floor where the doorstopper was meant to go. I also felt the restaurant was understaffed and the waiters on site were getting overworked and treated unpleasantly by management.

Location at the beach and the dunes/gardens at the hotel. Quite a few different facilities available such as tennis, tabletennis and spa. Reception was very friendly.

Paying for all the extras when not sunny. Not clear where to hire sports equipment from. Either the hut was always closed or had to go to reception for golf clubs. Very poorly organised for this element.

Quality of evening entertainment was poor. The communal bar area didn’t also match the quality feel of the rest of the hotel. One member of staff was also incredibly rude, unjustly.

Room wasn't cleaned two times per our stayed. We didn't get any water in to room, even after asking in reception. Food was always cold. Not enough stuff in a bar.

The quality of the food was good, but there could be more variety to make it even better.

We enjoyed our time at the place. The facilities provided were good, and the staff was excellent and really handy. I also got to enjoy some really relaxing and beautiful moments there and the drinks were amazing. It's great that they have free parking space that is well-managed. Additionally, we were able to charge our car in their parking with extra payment, which was convenient because we no longer had to leave the hotel.

We were staying in block AB which is actually off the complex and across a little road so felt like we were staying in the staff area and felt quite isolated to the rest of the hotel

The gaps for the evening activities is a bit long. Our room is too far from the reception. Some of the cocktails are pre-made in the machine so the taste is a bit odd.

We like the location of the hotel which offers walking trails and close to the beach. The staffs are really friendly and approachable. We enjoyed the day and evening activities.

Every member of staff was so warm and friendly except one older fella that runs the small outdoor area by the main restaurant where people can eat their meals. He has some chaotic system that only he appears to understand and was shockingly rude when we sat down at one of the seemingly free tables. This led to a lot of slamming of plates and cups as he rolled his eyes and prepared the table and ended with a pleasant “my god!” We were having a truly relaxing time here and loving it until coming across this horrible man. Spotted him doing the same to other guests. Would recommend avoiding that area altogether. Or perhaps someone can have a word with this grumpy man.

The two sides to the resort was a very welcome relief. There’s the larger pool that’s busy all day, music on, children splashing in the water and the night life pops. Then there’s the quieter smaller pool by the Grill restaurant. That was bliss for us - same drinks and meals/snacks but much quieter and restful. And the beach was 5mins away and is just beautiful.

Only one thing is no drinks and food available on the beach. But you can ask for a picnic.

Just in the buffets during breakfast, most of the time no coffee cups or glasses at the table and have to ask to get from servers.

Good food and best beach area to watch sunset. Resort has nightly entertainment which was quite good. The resort is quiet and feels very safe at night. The location is good, about 30 mins drive from Albufeira (distance is not that far just traffic is slow).

Not a major dislike but if you want to pop out of the resort outside the bus timetable on offer to villamoura and Albufeira, it’s a good 15/20 mins taxi ride out.

Excellent resort for a family break. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. Good variety on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great buffet with lots of choice. Amazing gardens, clean pools and lots of activities. The coaches were very useful to get around.
