The apartment complex is very dated and in need of refurbishment. The saloon doors to the kitchen area were very irritating! The sun loungers on the balcony were dirty. The TV had no English speaking channels other than Sky News and the WiFi didn't work. Such a pity as the location is great.

Just getting a bit worn in places, but everything worked and we felt comfortable.

The apartments are in a convenient location overlooking the sea, a footpath runs along side the hotel and down some steps onto the beach area. Car parking was just sufficient and could fill up easily in peak season. The apartment was very spacious with a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The lounge had a massive sliding door giving access to the balcony (ours was on the ground floor so it accessed a patio and the gardens) The bathroom fittings and kitchen cupboards are all a bit tired and dated but worked fine. Everything was clean and usable. The pool area with its two pools looked good although we did not use it. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away, the main road with the tourist restraunts was a 20 min easy walk.

Our room is on downstairs, the ocean view is not direct . The parking is on a lot next door. But we can park the car on the street in front of the building.

It is nothing serious but the fact that I couldn't have a natural fruit juice ( not even orange) on swimming pool bar.

The apartament was very spacious and I loved the balcony with sea view. The location is amazing and even if the apartment was close to the beach and bars/ restaurants it was very quiet. A good place for relaxing.

No privacy in balcony or front room, neighbouring rooms can see right in. Back room with bathroom in wardrobe - shower could not be used properly as attachment is broken to put up high, sink always blocked with poor drainage, no ventilation in bathroom, bedroom hot and beds hard.

Facilities were brilliant, the pools were clean and the bar was reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they were very good at organising day trips and taxis too and from airport. Brilliant restaurants are close by, it's also not too far from Albufeira old and new town.

Well run and very pleasant staff. The pools are excellent. The apartments are close to a good beach and good restaurants.we have been back over a number of years. It’s 7 euros to the old town by Uber.

Did not even provide any dish soap to wash dishes. No basic toiletries provided. Not even any salt/ pepper for cooking. No napkins / paper towel. We left everything we purchased behind for the next guests. I suspect the items will be removed from the room and the next guests will have to repurchase.

I wish that the place provided toiletries and dishwashing detergent; but there is a store about 5 min walk that has everything in case you do not bring it.

When i booked the hotel, i was really excited seeing all the pictures and the views from the room... but i tried not to get my hopes up. Well, once we got there, the apartment exceeded all my expectations: it is big, spacious, AC works great, the views are breathtaking, the pools are really nice. There is a bar/restaurant by the pool that has great prices, so we did not bother to make breakfast or coffee in the room. There is free parking provided by the hotel There are laundry services at the reception ( for a small fee you can use the washer and dryer, and their laundry detergent) the beach is a 5 min walk from the hotel; same with all restaurants and bars. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Couldn't really say there was anything not to like apart from only one person working snack bar cooking and serving drinks so there was a bit of a wait plus she couldn't give me ice to use in apartment which I've never been refused that before.

Pillows,wow. 1 flat one each. Awful, made for terrible nights sleep. Reception didn't answer when transfer was late, luckily he eventually turned up, but could have been a huge problem. Cost nearly £700 for 3 nights I expected better
