Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Little bit quite in the evening and found it difficult to get a drink later on in the evening. But it was off season.
The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay The hotel was immaculate with super comfy beds and good clean bathroom . We was upgraded to a seaview room which was great. Good location but not to rowdy. Nice pool and quality sun loungers. All in a great stay. Hopefully we will be back.

Balconies to small.It was noise at times alot of furniture been moved about or just maybe it was staff rearranging the rooms.

Not really an issue but there are stag and hen and golf parties. But lots of older couples too and never any rowdiness.
Returned to the hotel after a few years and it was still excellent and the rooms either recently decorated or kept in good standard.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. On check-in, we were told our room had been upgraded which was a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, Very handy to have beach towels available. Pool area was lovely and hotel was located minutes from a lovely beach. 30 minute walk to the Old Town.

There are two reception areas in the lobby - One for the hotel, one for apartments. Neither one of them signposted nor staff willing to tell you which one you should be at. The garden/pool area is quite small so will become very crowded during high season.
Clean hotel with rooms serviced often. Nice light, open space in the middle of the building that was pleasant.

You might be used to it, but we aren't there were on our stay lots of loud English males, especially near the pool. I guess it goes with the territory.
Loved this place, wonderful views into pine trees and sea views. Saw the sunrise from our room. All the staff are cheerful and happy to be there. Wonderful breakfast. We loved the Central staircase, even though we were on the 4th floor. We should have stayed another night here instead of closer to the Airport for our early morning flight , it was only a 35 minute drive to the Airport.

Everything was great
All staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The reception staff were very friendly.The check in time on our arrival wasn’t until 3pm our room was ready by 12 and we were given our room straight away on arrival. The breakfast has a good spread of eggs, cold meats, pork sausages, beans,fruit,bread and pastries. Our rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and we were walking distance from the beach.

The pool bar is expensive especially for local beer.
Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff are great. Very helpful and friendly. We were on a b+b rate and the breakfast was great each day. Location is great, close to strip but also other bars off the strip. I can’t recommend this property enough.

The shower broke midway through our stay, although they fixed it immediately with no fuss. The playlist around the pool and bar (and audible on the balcony) was rather repetitive. Could do with mixing that up! The main bar seemed to be closed a lot of the time in the evening (but there are plenty of places locally, and the pool bar was open in the day).
Amazing big comfortable bed. We were upgraded to a sea view, which was gorgeous. Nice balcony. A short, pretty walk to a gorgeous small beach with a really nice bar/restaurant, and some good places locally. The breakfast buffet was lovely.

For some reason the breakfast was cold before I got it to the table to eat. That is my one complaint.

On the outskirts of Albuferia, the hotel only opened, having been closed for 2 months, on the day we arrived. All the staff were friendly, nothing too much trouble for them if you had a special request. It was my wife's birthday on our 2nd day there, and having seen her birthday cards, the staff arranged for a cake and bottle of bubbly for her!!!!

The noise level of the hotel. Due to the openness of the hotel, it amplified the noise. Also, the website did not say they were under construction. Loud radios from the crew starting from 900-1800.
Beautiful design with modernism flare. Huge open area in center. Rooftop in two locations will be amazing once it’s done. Breakfast was very good with ample room for everyone. Pool area was very nice with outside bar. Walking path to the beach.

There is a good choice of food for breakfast……. but if you like an English breakfast, the sausage, bacon, beans needs to be much, much better. A Serious suggestion to Hotel Details. Please send someone to the UK & try a breakfast at a ‘Premier Inn’.
