We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaProperty as a whole requires some renovation, although quite clean, it feels dated. A small fridge or minibar should be available is any kind of hotel nowadays.
Absolutely perfect location, just 20m from the promenade and the beach. Still parking is free and places were available in March. Good breakfast with just enough options.

GibraltarOnly one very small lift working during the entire week, which made things difficult with a pram. Some staff members are nice but others need to be a bit more careful with their language. When I said I needed a cot in the room (as requested when I booked), the receptionist replied ‘now I have a headache because of you’. Perhaps it was meant to be funny but I certainly didn’t find it so.

PortugalNo change of towels during our 3 nights stay. The bathroom needed updating and there was a bad drainage smell just outside to the right of the main doors. New Year’s Eve buffet food not as advertised as they ran out of the food quickly and had to put replacements out.
