We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United KingdomThe sun loungers were very uncomfortable and hard with no cushions. The rooms were very small. We booked a family room at extra cost so that we could have more space. However a family room turned out to be a double room with a connecting single room which we were not given access to. When we questioned why we were therefore paying extra we were told it was because the room had a balcony. The balcony overlooked the road and we did not use it so I was not particularly happy about this.

PortugalOverall, we felt like it was a bit of a tourist trap - too expensive for what it offers unfortunately. The pool looks very good in the photos, but in fact it is tiny and has no view of the lake when you are inside. sunbeds are unconfortable, no cushions. our window was right in front of the restaurant chimney, so the noise was a bit annoying specially when we would sit outside in the evening... Our shower didn't have pressure for hot water - we informed the reception and asked for an alternative - but unfortunately the alternative given was to shower in the reception toilet instead...we decided to check out earlier the next day and gave up. To sum up, few improvements are needed, but also we found the location/surroundings not so interesting.
The place was ok, but there are lots of things to be improved to be honest. Positives: staff is nice and responsive, bedroom had airconditioning and the property was clean. Rating 7 is only because the staff was very nice and breakfast was ok.
