It was not very clean. The double bed had two single matrices put together and one could feel it. The lock of central door broken.

Very good location, near many stores and restaurants. Nice building and tastefully renovated. Smart and cozy decoration. The radio and music in the room was a nice welcoming touch.

There was no big mirror in the room, which i would appreciate for dressing. One thing also - the breakfast room is nice, but it is unfortunate that it doesnt have windows, not very pleasant for me to watch in the morning in artificial lighting, much preferred to take my breakfast to my room.

The only thing I did not enjoy much was that one can hear every neighbor. So the walls are not really thick. However, it is a typical thing in Southern Europe.

It is an old building, nicely renovated. I liked the area of the city it is located in. There is a small park right across the street. And some nice boutique style shops around. Many restaurants.

The check-in could’ve been improved. I notified the hotel of my late arrival and was advised that the reception would be open until 11pm. Unfortunately, on my arrival the reception was closed and I received no access information prior to my arrival. Breakfast didn’t begin until 8am so I didn’t use this facility during my stay as I had to leave earlier for work purposes.

The location of the hotel is fantastic near lots of lovely boutiques and restaurants in a lovely area of Lisbon. The room also was perfect, really nice features with the boutique feel. Some lovely touches such as the radio playing on arrival and free pastel de Nata.

The plumbing at night was noisy. The staff tried to determine the cause and accommodate a move and were very kind . Second room on ground floor not signposted on the external door, so spent an hour at 10 pm trying to locate room 17

The entrance hall and stairs of the property aren't very nice. But once you're inside your hotel room, it's a different story altogether. The rooms themselves are lovely.

The room was extremely comfortable and well furnished. Facing the rear of the building overlooking gardens, it was also really quiet and peaceful.

The location was in a very nice aerea. Not too far to the main places to visit. Very good restaurants and bars around the hotel. The room was spacious, nice and clean.

The coffee maker didn't work. The tea pot was not user friendly either. Otherwise, it was a great place and I would stay there again.

There are a few small details: the beds were firm but comfortable. The size of the pillows were too small. I had to add 2 or 3 to support my head. The 16 door does not close w/o adding a code, so this is an easy fix that can save our time. Another inconvenience is to carry heavy luggages to the downstair rooms w/o an elevator (only levels 1, 2 and 3 have an elevator).

The rooms were very good! The rooms number 1 and 16 were the best. We loved the staff, location and the breakfast!

Our room was a bit small, which doesn’t bother us, but something to be aware of.

Casa Oliver is in a great location in the fun Príncipe Real neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Even though it’s on a busy street, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Nice rain shower.

Unfortunately in the breakfast room, there appeared to be an ongoing electrical fault where the units would trip out regularly. Construction work was ongoing adjacent to the bedrooms which was frustrating.

Separate building from our room to breakfast which was OK because it wasn't raining. There was work happening in the room next door which was very noisy between 8-6. Towels stayed damp in the bathroom.

We were in a separate part of the building and had to go to the main building with any queries but this was not a big problem and as I said the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything we inquired about

The hotel was decorated tastefully keeping to the style of the property. Our room was upgraded due to a couple of problems with the room, but it was dealt with speedily by the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

We had neither a wardrobe, chest of drawers, or shelves. Only hooks on the walls without hangers. Despite the room's interior being good-looking it seems tired. Clothes hanging on hooks throughout the room spoiled its appearance. The head of the bed is not secured. It was only pressed down by the mattress and therefore wobbled. The hair dryer worked not so well and looked dangerous, to be honest.

The hotel has a perfect location. It's easy to get to all the interesting spots in the city. Nice neighborhood, safe and lovely. The hotel staff is friendly. It was a pleasure to communicate with them. We liked the bathroom. It has enough space and excellent plumbing. The radio in the room added a nice atmosphere. There were a lot of cute details in the interior. We got Pastel de nata as a welcome)

Our room was on the ground floor so we could not enjoy natural light as people from outside would see us right away. You can also hear everything outside your door extremely well. The doors are not good for noise canceling. Also, the pillows were either extremely soft or like a brick.

The hotel was very central so we could walk everywhere easily or take very cheap Uber. The room was very pretty and the breakfast very yummy.

I would definetelly recomend this propery and would stay here again, if we found ourselves in Lisboa again. Great breakfast, great staff, cute little radio in room realy was wonderfull adition, beautifull view from the room. In one word - perfect👌
