The photos for the outside of the building did not match the actual location. We wondered around the city for 1.5 hours at night trying to find check in. We had to ask a local man at a shop to help us find the place, where he had another friend come and help. They too had no idea as the photos and address did not match. It was beyond stressful. I then got send to the top of this bar where I had to ask for someone’s name and my key was waiting with him. No communication at all. They did not pick up the phone. Very poor check in and communication from the staff. The address, photos and check in process needs to be updated. On our way out we found another two people trying to find the studios as well, they too had been wondering around for hours trying to find it.

It’s not their fault but it can get VERY loud in the night because it’s in the center and the clubs around play the music extremely loud until half past midnight. Tuesday night I thought I was sleeping at the club itself because the music was THAT LOUD. If you’re into partying and staying up late it might not bother you, but I had to wake up early the next day so it was annoying. Also, the seagulls are very loud in the morning (at least not as loud as the music). Like I say, it’s not the hotel’s fault but it’s worth noting. The wifi couldn’t reach my bedroom and I had to sit in the toilet near the door to be able to reach it. Power went off in the whole apartment while I was boiling water in the kettle and washing the dishes. They got it fixed during the day though. I had to take a lot of stairs to get to my room, it personally didn’t bother me but it might bother someone who’s less active. As others said, reception was in another building but I personally thought it was easy to find so once again it didn’t bother me.

Location is literally in the center, in front of the famous green building. Big balcony and big apartment, even if it wasn’t the same as on the picture (I think they’re just decorated differently). There’s a kitchenette with a fridge and a kettle so you could cook, I didn’t use the stove though. The cleaning lady came everyday, I didn’t need it cleaned because I was staying alone but she was there. I also asked her for an iron and she got it fast. The staff I talked to was very friendly and proactive.

While there was an AC unit the apartment, the apartment remained quite warm. It was 32-35 degrees outside during our stay so perhaps too much for the AC unit to manage. The location might not be ideal for young children as the area is lively until midnight. We enjoyed this but families with young children might not.

The location was centrally located and ideal for adults looking to enjoy restaurants and music at night. It was an easy walk to the marina, and anything else you might need in the area (drug store, car/scooter/bike rentals).

Basic furniture and amenities- A/C didn’t work, wasn’t a problem for us as we opened the windows for air flow. Coffee maker needed a basket for filters. (We are big coffee drinkers/ but plenty of restaurants around for coffee). If we had kitchen towels we wouldn’t have needed to use a bathroom towel for that purpose (drying dishes).

The location was right in the center of the town. Had generous space.

It was too hot and the AC wasn’t working well, also the shower leaks outside so all the bathroom floor gets extremely wet. Overall small stuff, can’t ask more for the price.

The number of stairs was unexpected The kitchenette was less than adequately stocked The beverage fridge was small and had no freezer for ice The bathroom door was unusual, having glass panels you could see through, providing no privacy No laundry facilities within the building but the staff told us of one about 3 blocks away We were moved to a different room for our first night and were promised a refund for the difference in room cost, we have not heard, or received it

We loved it here! PROS: - amazing location in the center of oldtown, bus and train stations 15 min away on foot - two small balconies to enjoy the view, as if you are sitting in one of the restaurants and watching people passing by, but you are at the comfort of your home - spacious shower, kitchen with all you need, tv with lots of channels, big dining table. CONS: - some furniture pieces were worn out and old, but still functional, also interior desing is quirky, but we really didn't care as long as everything was functional. - bed a bit wonky

no working tv or bathroom soaps

Room was spacious, very eclectic decorating, tv did not work despite email nor was there any soaps or bathroom wash liquids. Difficult to locate, requiringvisit to a secondary bar to enable entry, after that was good.

The address is almost correct for the apartment, but the reception is located in a different building. If you stand with the pharmacy (building 22, as listed in the address) behind you, you’ll see a small street ahead and you’ll find the name of the studios in one of the building on the left side of this street. Head to the upper floor to find the reception. Although the apartment was clean, it is quite outdated, and some design choices are questionable. Additionally, there was no soap provided, which was unexpected. Nevertheless, it’s excellent value for money!

The location is perfect. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed, including AC, a fully equipped kitchen, and a hairdryer (though not very powerful). The lady at reception was very friendly.

- no information was provided beforehand about where to check in (turned out it is in a different building across the street!) so I ended up asking people in restaurants, calling (no one picked up) and waiting outside for 15 minutes. Encountered other guests a few days later with the same struggles - no soap was provided in the apartment. Texted right after my arrival and asked for it, but never got a reply nor any soap during my 3 night stay - the blanket, although I could smell it was freshly washed, did not look inviting at all. I recommend investing in a purely white more hotel style blanket that indicates less usage
