Location was perfect... easy access 'all directions' to sites, restaurants, shopping, and transportation (always an Uber available within minutes). Room was quite comfortable, with no issues with temperature, electricity, etc. Breakfast was very nice, with many selections.

Perfect spot for overlooking the festivities of Freedom Day it all happened on the Plaza beneath us, we got the room 3rd floor with castle view which was comfortable

I had a hard time getting the shower controls to work but the gentleman from the front desk came up and showed me.

The location was PERFECT, the hotel restaurant exceeded my expectations, the staff was outstanding and so helpful.

Breakfast was well below standard , items missing not replenished or refreshed. Dirty tables unlaid with clients having to ask for missing cutlery, glasses, etc. Just having one server whilst kitchen staff just looked on and did not offer to help was not of the best nor comfortable as a client. The server did her best but needed help

Breakfast needs to be innovative. It’s repetitive and boring. The same things everyday. Additionally, for a 300 plus euro per day room, the paid room service is not expected. Menu needs some Indian/Mexican options as well.

The location. The people at the reception were very friendly. Luggage hold facility is a big plus. The coffee is really well made by the girl in the restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel offers an airport transfer, but it was not available for us which was frustrating after staying five nights and trying several different times to get to the airport. If they offer and it is not available, they should cover the cost of a transfer on Uber or taxi. The airport transfer should be covered no matter their driver’s availability The carpet in the rooms is extremely tired and looks stained.the rooms are non-smoking but smell of smoke.

Staff was helpful and gave good suggestions for things to do and how to get there easily! Try the 24 hour rail/tram/trolly/bus pass! Fresh water offered with fruit in as you return to hotel in afternoons. Breakfast was wonderful-the best selection and fresh fruit we have seen in two weeks, but the eggs were consistently cold for five days in a row.

The location was excellent for touring the city. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Wednesday evening Fado show with our delicious dinner. Very generous breakfast buffet!

The only very tiny negative was that the room was a little small for the 2 of us

The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally welcoming and very helpful when we required assistance. The hotel was in a fantastic location with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was a little on the small side, but ours had a lovely little balcony that could see onto the nearby square. The rooms were spotlessly clean and, most importantly, soundproof from outside noises. The bed was very comfortable with ample pillows. The hotel was a great size overall that it felt quite intimate, and this helped to make us more welcome. The breakfast was good and there were always plenty of tables available when we arrived each morning. We used the restaurant room service, and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The complimentary bottles of water each day were a heavenly bonus also.

Not sure that we would have wanted to pay the full rates. The room was not perfect as we had a problem with the shower and the storage was not great if you were staying for long. However, this would not stop us returning to this hotel.

Location Location! Access to all sites, restaurants and bars. We walked and walked but you could use any no of modes of transport. The hotel staff were responsive and very keen to help. Lovely quiet room on the 4th floor with a view of the castle. Lifts worked efficiently so there was no hanging around to get in or out of the hotel. Room servicing was good too.

Great location - right in the middle of everything but quite. Staff amazing, very good service from everyone. Clean room. Good breakfast and coffee. The room was good and bed comfy.

Bathroom facilities had some minor problems: shower head adjustment not working; toilet doesn't shut off properly. Plastic cover for the card lock kept fall off. Carpet was dirty. No place to hang towels in the bathroom.

Location. Friendly and helpful staff. Free bottle of water. Good coffee machine. Comfortable bed and sheets.

Bit weird that the only way to charge phones by the bed was to have the lights on. Sounds odd, and perhaps we missed some key instructions! Although we quite liked the quirkiness of it!

Loved the location, really central but peaceful. Fabulous staff.
