We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

LatviaThe room had an unpleasant smell of mould every time walking in. It got a little better after opening the balcony door and ventilating but the weather was not so warm to leave it open. Didn’t have enough time to try to solve this problem with the staff.
Nice, spacious and comfortable room, overall clean. Great view from the balcony. Very tasty breakfast - fresh fruit was a nice touch. Helpful staff. Hotel is near the airport and a metro stop is nearby - you can get to the city centre in about 15 minutes.

United KingdomOur room was a lovely size and best of all it had two comfortable chairs. So often these days there is never anywhere for guests to sit other than on the bed. The light in the room and bathroom was excellent too. The hotel is a large one and it was pretty much full when we stayed so perhaps not as relaxing in the communal areas as it could have been. The bar was peaceful though and the bar man was lovely - he humoured my husband with an hour’s discussion on football!

United Arab EmiratesThe hotel room has a coffee machine (no kettle) and charges you for the capsules. Never seen that in a hotel, let alone a ‘4 star’ hotel. Beyond cheap. Go to the street and enjoy a proper coffee. Breakfast was below average, no choice. Second morning we opted to go somewhere else and have a proper breakfast.

NetherlandsThere was nothing in particular that I might have disliked except perhaps the elevators which could perhaps be a bit more efficient. For the rest it was all fine.
Room was clean with a great view and an excellent mattress. Location is handy, close to public transports and not so much in the middle of the touristic areas. Properties in Lisbon are way too expensive for a rainy February but that's the market and the property itself.

PolandWe had some problems talking with the staff as they didn't speak very well in English. It caused some issues, but it was nothing serious. As many mentioned, water and coffee inside the room are not free. Everything has a price, and you will be charged for it. I visited many hotels over the years, and I know that this might be a surprise for the guests. Most hotels offer water and tea for free in the rooms as part of the service. So, be cautious.
We only stayed in the hotel for one night as our flight was cancelled. Therefore, we didn't have a chance to experience everything that the hotel has to offer. The location is really good, as you are close to the airport and train station which allows you to easily travel around Lisbon. The receptionist was very kind and helpful despite the late check-in. The room was really nice, clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy! The hotel offers many SPA treatments, and the offer looked really tempting. It's a nice addition. We had a dinner at a restaurant, they had a good variety of meals and wine to choose. Overall, we had a good experience.
