Perfect location, just in front of it is metro station with lines to airport and center of town. Clean and comfotablr room.

Just note that the handicapped suite is on the first level which still involves a few stairs. There may be an issue with plumbing at this older building, initially the bathrooms had a faint “bathroom” smell but were ok after flushing and running the exhaust fan.

Our group of 10 were able to book enough rooms (although there were all different types) at this hotel which was close to the metro and everything we needed.

There's a big issue in the bathroom! It has a very strong odor, likely coming from the drain! I've checked other reviews, and many people have mentioned the same thing. I believe you need to figure out how to fix this because the only negative point was this.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable. Although the street was quite noisy, when we closed the window, it was hardly audible. This was a positive point because the hotel took that into consideration.

The Metro station is in front of the hotel. The bus station is also 2 minute walk away. You can get to the center of Lisbon in approx 15 minutes. A lovely cafe is next to the hotel where you can have breakfast (at a reasonable price. two coffees with two pieces of cake for less than 8 euros).

great location. alameda subway station is just downstairs. this allow for a 15mins transfer to the airport and convenient travel to the city (direct line to green line terminus sodre where you can easily switch to trams and buses) room had a mice view and was generally ok

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved - the daily cleaning was great and towels were changed when we required them but there could be more done to deep clean the rooms as there was dust in the bathroom that had been there a while. However not a deal breaker for me as the rest of the property including the corridors and lift were spotless!

The location is amazing, could not be closer to the metro on the green and red lines which makes it easy and quick to get to both the airport and the tourist centre. The staff were friendly and helpful and accommodated my room request before we arrived. The rooms are basic but have everything you need such as a hairdryer, a safe, air conditioning and more - it’s a great place to stay for the weekend.

Bed and sofa bed were much too hard and uncomfortable - I know they're new but just too hard so my sleep was very disturbed. Would be nice to have coffee/tea facility in the room. Free wifi.

as for the weekend we stayed there - the Pope was in town so it was difficult to find any place. It was rather expensive.

Central Location - easy to get to everywhere from there.. a lot of local restaurants nearby .. we even walked to the town by foot from there - took us about an hour )

There was no refrigerator in the room. The ventilation in the bathroom was loud.

The hotel is located close to a metro station with a direct line to the airport. The check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and had air conditioning which really helped to cool the room down and make you feel comfortable while being there. Reasonable price.

This hotel is very well located, near IST Lisbon. There is a metro station just in front of the hotel to go in the city center (or the city center is reachable by walk) and is deserved by several bus lines. Even if the hotel don't have breakfast, there is a pastry near the hotel entrance where is this possible to have a typical portuguese breakfast.
