The hotel clerk had no manners. The lady is old so as not to expose other employees. She didn't speak English, I don't see that as a bad thing, but her reaction to us not speaking Portuguese or Spanish annoyed her, I don't know why. summing up the main one who is at the reception with her behavior lowers the level of this particular hotel. I'm not saying all this to make this lady lose her job, but to emphasize that respect and courtesy are very important, especially in such jobs but also in our lives. This employee had no manners unfortunately

- The towels could be a little bit bigger and softer - There were small stains in one of the towels - A little bit expensive, but we booked 2 days before arriving

- The hosts let us do the check-in 1 hour earlier - The AC worked perfectly - The Guesthouse is really close to the metro and long-distance buses’ stop - The check-out was nice and easy

The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Also the view from the window was something like an abandoned building or maybe a construction site.

The room was nice, exactly what I expected. The location of the hotel was also very good, not in the city centre but it was not a long distance walking from it.

Hosts didnt speak english at all. Would recommend hiring someone who does. Hosts were rarely present in the reception.

They changed bedsheets and towels everyday. Room was nice, quite cozy. Position is perfect for visiting Porto.

Not to many staff for receive costumers and installations have infiltration water in the room. We was forced to change room or live the building.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Have not received my invoice. Door handle was damaged. Shower head was broken. Too little space between toilet and shower. Claustrophobic shower booth. Noisy tenants/staff. Cold and dismissive treatment. Obscene overcharge for such a low quality establishment as this was.

For being accommodated late than the time indicated Please, clean the kitchen incluindo all the kitchen staff properly. The knife,forks and plates were dirty.

Cooking tools, cleaning sponge, coffee mugs and cloth missing The freezer full of ice did not fit anything at all The bathtub was only good to have a bath and not a shower cause it ended up flooded with water

The location was pretty good walking distance from the center. Pingo doce and open air park only 1 minute walk from the hotel.
