There could be a supply of water & tea/coffee in the rooms. I noticed that for a non 🚭 hotel, there were a few cigarette butt's at the balcony. Air conditioning could have been a bit better. it only had one setting.

Arrived late at the hotel due to a delay with my flight.Staff were very helpful and obliging sorting out taxis. Stayed in the apartments, no.12. Room was served everyday with fresh towels and toiletries. Air conditioning in the room. Very quiet location, and there is a communal area to sit outside. Coffee shop only 2 mins walk away to get breakfast and supermarkets 3 mins walk to get water etc. The hotel is a 15-minute walk into the city centre. There are lots of places to eat and grab a beer/wine. For the price I paid, it was very reasonable for 4 nights. Would stay again.

The trash can is very small and slides on the floor when you open it with your foot. But this is nothing.

The room was clean, every day it was cleaned for us. It is very convenient that the reception is open 24 hours a day. In general, we were satisfied. Only 20-25 minutes of walk to the city center.

- Location , it's a bit away, no shops or restaurants nearby, but not a long walk away. Still walking distance to the center.

+ It is clean, comfortable and most of all QUIET (if you get the non-street side)! All you hear are birds, that's great. Everything works well, nice bathroom, AC works, WiFi works well too. I like that the room included a desk and wardrobe. You can use the common lounge/eating area for working. They even have a computer station and a printer that you can use.

Sound proof from neighbour's room was average, but it was quiet at night. Single room is quite small but absolutely enough for city trip and very comfy.

Location, sound proof from the street, new condition, big private bathroom, daily cleaning and replenishing shampoo and soap, air condition, good wifi, overall excellent for its money.

A bit far from the Rebeira area if you want to walk down and up ++ without using public transportation

Only one thing to improve was the tus of the rooms, not so modern.

The attention was attenrion was good, all the stuff was very friendly and the facilites of the hotel were good.

I was not aware of the roof terrace until the end of my stay, I think because I was in the Soft location two doors up the street. I might have visited this if I had known. But, I wasn't there a lot because I was walking a lot. So it wasn't a real problem. I am just a curious person.

The entire building was super clean. There were common spaces where you could eat, socialize and relax and, meet other visitors. The room was spacious and comfortable. I have already guided friends towards this location. One note, the Soft location does not have an elevator so if you need that you will want to stay at the hotel location itself, two doors down the street. This is also the main hotel reception. A quick thank you to the amazing staff who helped me plan my days and were always ready for a quick chat.

Although there is great sound isolation from the street, the isolation from other rooms is terrible, I could hear my neighbours talking, understanding everything. Also pipes are very noisy if neighbours shower or use the sink. Just bring some earplugs!

The room and the bathroom were quite spacious, the room was well isolated from outside noises. There was a nice common area with some microwaves. The position is not far from the center (about 20 minutes walk)

Bed was very uncomfortable, very hard, so didn’t sleep well. Fridge in the room did not work, no kettle in the room, the was microwave in the lounge are but no utensils to use.

Location was good and staff were friendly and approachable. Very hot shower, super clean room, definitely good value for money.

Great hotel/location for a reasonable price. Nice friendly staff who also helped me out when I needed to use their computer for a minor emergency. Would stay there again.
