Felt the breakfast was overpriced and the food organisation was poor ie ham not near bread / toaster. Plates were very small. Cooked items limited, no beans.

Too hot in the room in February. There is no way to control the AC. You will need to open the window all the time. The hotel parking price is insane.

It's no fault of the hotel but Avenida Liberdade is VERY loud with honking horns, emergency vehicles, etc. throughout the day. Coffee machine is a bit tricky to operate. Ask for a demo upon arrival in your room. For breakfast, we would like to have seen more options for food and beverages. Very little counter space in the toilet for toothbrush, shaving cream, etc.

Great location near many attractions including the old city, the river, shopping. Convenient to the airport, too. Very clean, the room we had included a very large balcony overlooking Avenida Liberdade. Bed was comfy. We didn't have a teapot so asked for one and they accommodated us. Maid service was excellent. Breakfast was good.

The room size is small and configuration is strange as it has a rounded wall because it was next to the stairs. A glass top table and chair in the corridor between the bed and the bathroom isn't nice because with reduced lighting you might not see the table top. Very few electrical sockets, in fact only two available (if you disconnect the coffee machine) and none next to the table or the bed (to leave the cell phone or smartwatch on power during the night and still keep seeing the time). Parking is expensive, in fact I ended up paying for the 2 nights parking more than double I paid for 3 days rent-a-car. Wardrobe is the smallest I've ever seen.

The location is great, plenty of public transportation nearby. The room is equipped with mini bar and ironing facilities, good size TV. Good breakfast.

Certain areas looked a bit tired. The sofa pillows were super dusty and made the white bed sheets dirty when used on the bed for extra cushioning.

Staff were great, real attention to detail. Super nice people. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had a decent selection.

The AC didn’t really work and made the room heat up. It was ok when we turned it off and opened the window. Parking is pretty expensive (25€) and a bit complicated overall. Could be improved. Also amenities seemed very old. Tv remote almost didn’t work etc.

If feels like a weathered, old hotel with a smell of years of cleaning products in the air. Stains on the carpets. There are better 4 star options for the same price.

Great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed here in November, and the nightly rate was excellent. It would be hard to find better value for money in such a good location.
