To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Exactly like the pictures, well decorated and super clean. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Several public transport options available within walking distance (2 to 10 min depending on what you need). Hotel is not far from metro station (one change from the airport) in good district. Personel was very nice and helpful, double bed super comfortable, room was cleaned on daily basis. Breakfast was very good with fruits and vegatables and big variety of sweet pastry (7 am- 10.30 am). 50 euro deposit per room required, returned after check out.

United KingdomFor the price we paid, we were asked for additional taxes - it was OK and a 70 lira guarantee returnable within 2 weeks of handing over the room. Upon handing over, everything was ok, confirmed. The money was not returned even after almost 3 weeks. They blamed it on the banking system but it's not true. It could have been a successful vacation, but it left a bitter taste! AE.

Location of the hotel is a good one, public area. Breakfast is good, but every day is the same food.

SpainStingy provision of tea/coffee and no milk. When we realised first thing in the morning and called reception they said we had to go to the breakfast room to get milk!! On questioning at check out we were told it is not normal to provide milk but it would be available if wanted from the breakfast room. They could have told us or had a notice in the room. Pretty poor for €110 per night, i think. No restaurant. My search terms included "restaurant" as we were arriving around 9pm. There was no restaurant only a breakfast room.
