I think for the money we paid it was great, rooms on different floors wasn’t ideal and the lift broke a couple of times but didn’t affect us.

Perfect location for us as it led to onward travel, very close Elvas centre which was lovely to walk around. Breakfast was good and staff extremely helpful and welcoming

When visiting in the colder months, bring slippers or thick socks, as the tiled floors are quite cold. The shower didn't have a full door, which left the floor and toilet wet with each use. The door to the room was also quite thin, allowing us to hear (and most likely be heard by) other guests nearby.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and warm beds, and a good selection of food for breakfast. The location is great if you have a car, as it's quite the walk to the centre, but only a few minutes by car. Lots of private parking was provided as well. All in all, good value for the money we spent.

Location and lack of hotel bar, yes there was a self service bar next door but not really suitable for us.

The rate that is charged for the pets is not well justified. There are no carpets that would require extra cleaning, no pet beds or bowls . The breakfast was OK, nothing special. The area with grass closes at 21 what caused me a bit of trouble since my animal only relieves herself on the grass. They should really close the pool area and not the garden area.

The staff was definitely friendly. They were always super nice and helpful. The hotel is not a new construction, but everything was working well. The pool was nice and the architecture looks a bit Spanish what makes the hotel quite charming. pleasant stay.

Very impressed with parking area as we had a trailer too. Very easy to get to from motorway. Staff were very friendly and everything comfortable and clean. Our dog was travelling with us, and she liked it. We didn't use the restaurant or cafeteria/self-service as it was called, but it looked busy enough with residents and local folk I think. We enjoyed breakfast.

Not enough soundproofing, the toilet wasn't working that well but it was manageable for a night, some of the lights weren't working properly, and the length of the window in the bath isn't long enough.

Super friendly staff, beautiful place, good restaurant, nice location, the bed was comfortable, and overall I feel any of the wrong aspects I could have talked with the hotel but I was only staying for a night so it wasn't that much of a deal.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, there was no fridge in our bedroom but the staff put what we needed in theirs. The pool is clean but overcrowded sometimes. Free parking on the hotel site. You need 5 minutes by car to Elvas and 20ish minutes to Badajoz

Rooms very basic and the location is on a main road and hotel right next to a lorry park.

The pool was a real positive. The restaurant was worth a visit food lovely but at first appears pricey, however after a visit into town the restaurants there are very expensive making this a much more affordable option.

Everything. Very clean, nice rooms, excelente swimming pool, great restaurant and self. The employees are super nice. Close to Elva's town center and Badajoz. Excelente price/quality. Highly recommended. Note: in the restaurant D. Januário MUST try the chicken 👏

The hotel breakfast was poor and we avoided it on our return trip.

Very handy for the A6, we stayed on the way to Santander and on the way back. The restaurant was open on our way north and was very good; it was closed for staff holidays on the way back, but we ate in the cafeteria which is part of the hotel and the meal was very good. The cafeteria also served as a bar, and we had breakfast there on the way home.

Ample parking space if you have a trailer. Evening meal was excellent. Just stayed one night, as travelling for work purposes.
