Air conditioning didn't cool the room as much as desired. There was a closet in the room that had a very conspicuously missing glass panel. The outside view of the room was obfuscated by a faded/aged double-glass facade.

Excellent location, with on-street parking available. Big room with very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection despite being a bit limited.

The building needs some updates. Example, there was no electrical socket near the bed to plug in the phone. There was none at the bathroom as well. The tub has a bit of mold and was very narrow

The AC didn't really work I put it on the coldest setting and it wasn't very cold. This was in February so I hate to think how hot the room would be in the summer. In a 4* hotel I would expect tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel is in a good position close to metro/ train and airport. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by.

I originally booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool which I checked at the time and it said it was open but unfortunately when we got there it was under maintenance which was a shame because this was the main reason we chose this hotel. I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known the pool was shut because the location was not ideal as it was about an hours walk from the popular area and there were hotels in that area for the same price at the time we went.

Friendly staff, the bedroom was great, the hotel looked very nice and was clean. Definitely got good value for our money.

It seems to me that the hotel is not taking good care of the facilities. None of the 3 roller doors in our room did roll accordingly. The toilet paper stand was broken and the sink did not properly absorb the water. I mentioned to the personnel in the reception about these points but nothing happened.

I had a small injury and I needed a first aid kit, but they didn't have any in a whole hotel. They also didn't show any initiative to resolve the problem.

The staff could have been friendlier, especially at the reception. The cleaning lady open the room door around 9am to clean without knocking, even though there was no sign outside to clean the room.

The lighting is poor - no proper bedside lights and the light from the bathroom is intrusive. There should be a pull down blind that can be used if required. Tea and coffee making facilities would also be appreciated.
