Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe pool area was poorly kept, it wasn't very clean or modern. The rooms were in a different building which wasn't really an issue, more inconvenient.
The duty manager was amazing and helped us solve the issue we had via booking.com He was extremely accommodating and helpful.

PhilippinesThe hotel consists of two buildings that are right next to each other. We usually have to go outside to get from one to the other. Also, my mom got a Swedish massage from the hotel spa and it was not worth it. Given the price, the service was subpar. She asked the masseuse to simply add a bit more pressure and instead of adjusting the lady tried to correct her about the type of massage she was getting...
Every time we visit Doha, my family and I stay at the Radisson. From our arrival, we are well taken care of by the staff. Our booking was for three people, so we got the Premium Room with lounge access where they added an extra bed. The room is very clean and the AC can be adjusted to your liking. We were there for New Year's and my mom's birthday. We told the staff about it and they sent us a birthday cake which made my mom very happy! Our booking also included Lounge Access – each of us had a voucher for two free drinks and a snack each day we stayed at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great, with a variety of food selections. There are also restaurants and bars in the area which allowed us to dine out without having to leave the hotel.

it was busy new year, but the Filipina girl in the main reception rochelle and the other girl is not comforting instead that i will understand the situation you will get angry because the girl dont empathized people, she just told us to wait up to 3pm and start laughing with her collegue, good thing the Indian bell boy understand my situation and he brought me to the Indian reception Sanket and wow he helped me solved my problem ❤️ Sad to say Crab mentality in some Filipina still exists, lack of knowledge in professional customer service approach, she dont care and dont empathized to people ,. ( sarcastic, arrogant, superior attitude) not professional🥲. because of her i regret having booked in Raddison blu.. but the Filipinas assigned in the north wing ( the other building) they are professional customer service people, they can handle the crowd, they can handle the stress in a good ways ..salute to these kabayans 🫡🫡 also the Filipinas in the breakfast buffet they are really there to served with all they're heart 🥰 Happy New year to all my good hard working kabayans ! keep up the traits of a filipino .. We are proud of you! Out family is a fan of Radisson blu way back in UAE, we love the pool, serving buffet with rice, "The Pool' and the "Jacuzzi" is love 😍

South AfricaA few small things: 1 The executive lounge did not have a dressing mirror which my wife was very angry about. 2. The bathroom door had a door stopper which was in a very inconvenient position behind the door but in front of the toilet and we hurt ourselves many times when trying to use the bathroom. 3. The business class room is in the new wing but everything happens in the old wing. Not that far away but a bit of an inconvenience.
The location was great. The staff was great and overall the hotel was great. The staff were always friendly and the breakfast staff were impeccable. My kids loved the heated pool. I would recommend this hotel if you can look past the small problems.

AustraliaMixed communication from staff on what excursion for camel ride was available in reality wasn’t possible and not at same price. Had to meet at 8am to book lady had no idea what excursion I had been advised. Bed sheets not ready for sofa bed I had emailed about before booking to confirm encase I need to cancel. Deposit safe not working Had to eventually go to management to get a breakfast take away for 2:30am. After 4 staff said I need room service and pay more even though already paying more for breakfast. Was very nice in the end. I feel it took constant effort to get basics organised

Palestinian TerritoryOld, backdated and worn out Gym equipment that are in need of renovation not now but maybe 5 years ago!! We are in Qatar during a World Cup and really the hotel that was even hosting team Japan have not subscribed in the World Cup broadcasting channels so if you are not in stadium or somewhere else then you have to pay QAR200/pax (consumable understood) to watch the matches live at the Pool Area!! or watch it on small screens from other two dimmed lights bars. We stayed at other hotels during our trip to Qatar where either you can watch the World Cup matches directly from your hotel room TV or even better from their mini fan fest with no minimum charge. Location wise is a mixed feeling where yes there is 24/7 foodcourt infornt of the hotel as well as a bus stop few meters away to send you to Metro stations, it is still can be said that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere especially when it comes to all the happenings during the World Cup event. Why the hotel staff have to call everyday at 10-11am in a World Cup time, where matches finishes sometimes at 1:30am and most guests slept and woke up late, just to check if we are happy with our stay. Finally when we are leaving during check out no one cares to ask how was our stay!!
The Executive Lounge's food and drinks were beyond expectations!! Big thank you to all staff for their warmth and hospitality!! Spacious clean rooms and great housekeeping!!
