Breakfast was great. Location was good. Parking was good. Staff were very good.
Cleanliness was good. I can understand not changing linen daily unless extraordinarily soiled for conservation of energy and environment. I understand housekeeping not making the beds unless changing the linen due to current restrictions. I state that the the housekeeping staff may need to change linen if a customer is not physically able.
I appreciated having the disposable utensils option, the request not to return to the buffet with used utensils, the request to use sanitiser each time you visited and revisited the buffet. I commend the staff for their dedication to follow good practices of hygiene and sanitisation to maintain safety for all, staff and customers.
I noticed the laundry option and thought it it was an excellent feature even though I did not use it.
The pool and hot tub were good indoor activity for family time.»
