Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We like to make coffee in the room even tho the glasses were included with the room They didn’t have an teapot/pot to make coffee or tea which was a bit weird to us, other than that everything was great!
Big and clean rooms, good and comfortable showers, the beds were clean and comfortable and the staff were kind and generous and handy.

Everything good, but not enough parking spots. You have to leave your cat on the front street if you are not lucky enough to have a parking spot.

Nothing.
It’s an unassuming building, very quiet, but not too far from the centre of Brasov. My room was really quiet, with plenty of space and well laid out. The breakfast was sumptuous.

The hotel was excellent. Well presented, conveniently located close to most travel routes but also not in a very loud area so it was more peaceful. Staff were extremely polite, helpful, and considerate. Hotel was perfectly clean and breakfast was amazing and generous. In terms of value for money, it is 100% worth every penny.

It is in rather a strange location. This might be an advantage if one wished to visit the huge shopping that is a short walk away.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very nice - quiet, calm, clean. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, temperature was exactly right, the bed was comfortable. There is parking at the hotel, although we did not have a car. I would stay here again.

The woman that attended the desk in the morning was extremely helpful. She booked a taxi for us to take a day trip and took the time to explain the cost effectiveness between taking a taxi or taking a bus. We did opt for the taxi. She was very attentive at breakfast. Very knowledgeable and efficient at multitasking. Many thanks to her for her help

We loved the peace and quiet of the hotel, it's proximity to the mall (a 5mn walk at our slow pace) . Breakfat was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff helpful. I would gladly recommend it

The male receptionist is very arrogant and rude.He should not be in the hospitality business. The guy is a jerk and should be fired.
Location , rooms , cleanliness and breakfast were excellent …Joanna, the staff member was very kind and helpful. She is a great asset for the hotel.

Hotel a great base to explore Brasov. Room was clean and had what needed. Staff really looked after us, were helpful and answered all the questions we had. Breakfast was brilliant and filling.

Before leaving we explained that there were no complementary water bottles in the room when we arrived, we took the ones from the minibar, thinking that those were the ones, it appeared that the receptionist understood, but still made us pay for the bottles.
Spacious room, clean, breakfast was good, right next to the shopping center, staff was nice and helpful , the neighborhood was quiet
