Pillows a bit too soft for me personally. But the hotel overall was great!!

Lovely view of brasov! Near the town , (15 mins walk) and I really enjoyed having a swimming pool! Staff were polite . The area is quiet and peaceful. There was a nice local restaurant 5 mins walk nearby. We were very pleased !

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however, I believe some minor improvements would be suitable. For example, the bathtub was leaking, the towels were quite worn out, the jacuzzi was cold (definitely below 30 degrees), and the breakfast choices were limited.

The location was very convenient, the hotel was comfortable, and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was basic but good enough. There were a few stairs from the garden to the hotel so it was hard with suitcases.

The woman at reception was amazingly kind and helpful. The hotel had a lift and parking. There were few restaurants around. It was in a quite location. The room was nice. The pool was a great addition.

Location meant 15 minutes walk into city centre and all uphill on return - not great if you had just eaten an evening meal! Breakfast was unnecessarily limited to eggs and cold cheese and ham slices with no cereals or healthy food like fruit. Limited selection of drinks with processed orange juice and coffee only, ie no decaffeinated coffee or natural juices Room not vacuumed during 3-day stay.

I loved how the manager made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Great stay and AMAZING view from the room. Next time I come to Brasov I know where to stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

Neighbor's peacocks can drive you crazy. Beautiful to see them but annoying to hear them all day and night. It's not the Hotel problem.

Stuff was very nice. The nearby restaurant "Roata Norocului" has the best tripe soup ever. Green and healthy resort for our stay.

Could be a little tough to find anyone at reception sometimes, but overall the woman was very friendly.

Nice hotel. I fell in love with the balcony and the view of the mountain. Room was decent size as advertised, and pool is a plus as well. A short distance from old city, but worth it to get the view.

they are not prepared for fully booked, there were no towels left the next day. they didn’t refill the coffee in the room.but it didn’t spoil our staying

This has been the best place I stayed in Romania so far! The pool, the on-request sauna or massage session - all was fantastic to relax you after a long day of hiking. The view from our room was fantastic too: both the Tampa mountain and a view of the city. The lady at the reception was always kind and very helpful with recommendations about shops and restaurants, the closest being about 2 minutes on foot. For the atmosphere, kindness and all the things provided (you get a bath robe and slippers for the sauna/pool) I give it a 10 out of 10.

The WiFi is very weak and sometimes doesn't connect. The breakfast was buffe and has plenty to choose from but I felt like it didn't have enough vegetables and one morning we barely found a place to sit and eat, at a table with 2 unknown people since all 5 tables were taken.

The hospitality of the staff, they are always there to help you. Free private parking which is hard to find in Brașov. Very beautiful room view.
