Overall, it was a good stay, but there is always room for improvement, so here is my feedback: The walls/doors are not well sound insulated, and you can hear noise from other guests. In particular, on the second night, some guests arrived/returned very late (3-4 AM) and had a long conversation in their room that woke us up. Improving sound insulation is not an easy task, but perhaps notes in the rooms requesting "silence after 22:00 out of respect for other guests" might help with this issue—or even a notice from the reception staff if someone arrives/returns at night. The breakfast was okay, similar to other 3-star hotels in Romania, but nothing exceptional. After reading other reviews on this site, I was expecting a bit more (>9 breakfast rating leaves you with higher expectations, such as fresh pastries or more variety of vegetables.)

The room was large, comfortable and clean - and as expected for a 3* hotel. The bed was comfortable. It was warm inside, even if the temperature outside was pretty low for this period. There is an elevator if you need it. There is an enclosed parking area right next to the hotel with plenty of space, so it was easy to park our car. The staff was very friendly and helpful - Thank you for that! The breakfast was regular continental buffet with some cold and warm options, some sweets, fruits and cereals. The coffee was good - from espresso machine. The hotel is located very close to Delfinariu and MicroRezervatie, if you plan to visit, and there is also the city Mall at 10 minutes walk. In general, a good place for few nights.

Bathroom: The shower cabin was too small, and I could barely wash properly.

Bathroom: There was always hot water and the toilet flushed properly. The heat was running well as well. Room: It was very big, and every appliance was working fine(fridge, TV, plugs, lights). It was also clean, and the beds were very comfortable and properly sized. Bonus, even though it was near a boulevard, it was quite quiet. Breakfast: It was very diverse. Many cold cuts, eggs in various forms, bacon, coffee, orange juice, some cakes for the sweet taste and yogurt. You have plenty to choose from. Location: There are 2 supermarkets nearby, and it is close to the Delfinarium. Staff: They were very nice and helpful.

There was noise from the street but it was ok with the window closed.

The staff was really nice. They prepared sandwiches and coffee for us in the morning because we left before breakfast was served. There is secure parking next to the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower.

During the day was a little bit noisy, but during the night was very quite.

Breakfast was varied and very tasty. Room was quite big for 2 or 3 persons. Hotel has elevator that works very well. Personnel was very helpful and carrying.

The attitude of the receptionist is on the opposite side of the owner's.

Big and clean room. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety - fresh dishes and homemade food. The owners are very polite, making sure all the tourists are having a good time at their hotel. Parking is available inside the hotel courtyard, although there could be a problem during the summer when more tourists are checked in. The balcony is a big plus. We'll choose Hotel Golden Rose again every time we'll come back to Constanta.

Hotel require some hands on it and renovation. AC in room is old and noisy. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbors all around. Very hot in public areas due to lack of AC or ventilation. Power switch in my room malfunctioned few times that resulted in black outs. Wi-Fi on the fourth floor is weak.

Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning. Soundproof windows. Parking lot. Location is near park area, shopping mall and supermarket. Good public transport connection are walking distance.
