The room cleaning has not cleaned my teacup from the night before.

The furnishings were good. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location was okay.

One thing you can improve, its to remove a smell from the bathroom. But rest was fine, and next time we will definitely come back to this hotel again =)

The huge windows that do not let the rooms to be heated. One TV was working and the other one was not.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent and overall value for money was good. We had hot water and additional heaters in rooms since it was cold outside and heating stopped at 10 pm. And it was very very clean!

Great value for money hotel and a bit further from the center, though there is a bus that can take you there. Quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had everything you need for a nice one night stay.

There was no freezer either in the room or in the hotel , only minibar ( we wanted to store same baby food). The parking is reserved only until 2pm in check out day, you can' t leave the car couples of hours more.

Nice hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good , especially the pastry selection. The wifi worked fine. The hotel is close to the bus station that goes to the center of the city.

Building is old and not so well maintained. Windows in our room can not be opened and there was no fresh air in the room.

I can't think of anything to be honest

The staff were really helpful. Kristijan at reception gave me tips about festivals and sights to see downtown, things I would have easily missed. The room was clean, breakfast choices were plentiful, and the hotel was quiet despite being above a main road. Also, the private balcony was huge!

parking is difficult, is on the street, free, but not always easy to find a spot, hotel has 3 parking lots you can reserve for 9 eur (I think it's too much for an on-street parking) hotel finds itself in a building with many other shops so maybe not so easy to find it not very close to the city center, I don't know how the public transportation / taxi is since I've been using the car.

breakfast is the highlight the shower has massage stuff but they obviously don't work properly wifi works great beds are comfy and soft room had a nice huge terrace receptionist was quite friendly and helpful the room is quite clean and despite the fact that the building is old, it looks quite well maintained.

The room and the hotel itself seemed that it wasn't fully cleaned. The white bed sheets were clean, but the green piece of bed sheets had a couple of stains, also the tables in the room were a bit dusty and had crumbles. The big issue was also the toilet paper in the bathroom which was like sandpaper.

No free electricity sockets, all are preoccupied with AC or TV.

Cosy big bed, a balcony, clean room, shower. The room 505 is better than 501. ;) Breakfast is great.

In the morning I had a problem with faulty AC in the room which made a little flood on the floor of the room and it was quite hot. I am aware it wasn't something that could have been expected earlier so I don't fault the hotel for that. Bad luck happens sometimes.

Everything was in order: clean room and comfortable bed. The reception was always available, which goes a long way since we made a check-in after midnight.

Parking was limited; but they found a solution.

The receptionist were excellent supportive of every aspect of your trip; from guidimg you, solving problems and spendimg generous time to address any concerns you had. The breakfast was colorful, service very attentive. Ofcourse it is a relatively old building but almost but outside that you didnt miss anything

There were too less electricity sockets in the room, most of them close to the floor, not comfortable to charge the phones.

The location is good, some stores and restaurants in the area. The breakfast was fine too.

The reviews about the smell coming from the bathroom pipes is truth but we fixed this issues with some adhesive tape, blocking all areas from where the smell can come.

Very good hotel and excelent staff! Huge teras! Breakfast was very good, the cooked food was every day different, a surprise were the fried zuchini, were options also for vegans and raw vegans, each day very testy fresh fruits and vegetables. I enjoyed also the filter coffee, which I did not have for a long time, with fresh backed croissants. Location is great, easy and fast to arrive in city center, very closed to Ada Mall.

The hotel parking was full so we had left the car on the street.

The breakfast was fine, everybody can choose what thay like. Hotel staff was friendly and helpfull. They recommend to us great restaurant nearby.
