The acoustic isolation in the rooms is poor and the rooms are a bit outdated (although very clean and new comfy beds)

Old, damaged furniture 😞. Unfotunatelly this is the only reason I did not rate max this hotel - pitty beacuse the rest is owesame 😀. Parking place was confirmed free , however we had to pay a small fee. Did not bother me to derate, however this should ne known upfront. Very small bathroom - this might be a challenge for big people 😀

Excellent location - close to the slopes, very good services ( nice, english speaking very helpfull personell) , nice spa included and a swimming pool. Very good food at the restaurant at very good price. Playground for children - location recommended for families and not only. Owesome sitting place at the big fireplace in the lobby. Cleaning very good clean bed sheets and towels evwry day.

- ugly room and old (2/10) - i found hair in the bathroom shower ( not clean well ) (1/10) - rude staff who serve at the bar during the second shift ( the stuff during the morning were polite ) and they always reserve place on the fire place and nobody cones and is empty and they didn’t leave us to stay (3/10)

- location 10/10 - ski deposit - beautiful reception with fire place - good massage ( extra pay here around 50€ ) - breakfast 7/10

We had a lovely stay at this cosy hotel with mountain atmosphere in the centres of ski resort. Friendly staff and great lobby with fire place to chill after skiing. We’ve visited other modern hotel recently build at this resort and Club A had the best atmosphere in the evening with music and people enjoying themselves by the fireplace. Our boys used sauna and pool and we all enjoyed breakfast- so many choices! We’ll happily come again.

check out very slow, 1 hour until my car was delivered, even I have asked the evening before to have it ready by 10:00 am. last dinner was exceptional

Separation door between the rooms, the fridge didn't work, shampoos were never replaced.

The pool an sauna were great. The lobby is lovely with the fireplace.

I believe that part with pool can be improved.

The hotel is nicely placed in the vicinity of the amenities that Kopaonik has to offer for summer and winter vacations. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. I have had some minor problem with my car and the staff helped me in resolving it. They are cleaning the facilities all the time.

Nice,helpful staff and welcoming entry area/reception &lobby. Hotel needs serious upgrade and reno of dinning area,hallways and rooms. Everything is tidy and stay there was pleasant.
