It is very hard to get to the building because of an extremely narrow street, the host should worn the guests about it, it is better to park up on the street parking, especially for bigger cars or vans. The balcony was very small with chairs directly under the AC station. The bed was a little bit narrow for two persons. Also we got a room in the first floor with a lot of stairs, which is not so good if you have some health issues like back-pain or knee problems like me, that is also something the owner should warn the guests about.

The facility is near the centre of the city, the room was clean and spacious, the surrounding very nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice and understanding since we arrived really late because of some traffic jam on the way.

In apartment number 6, where we were, there are sewer pipes in the bathroom from the floor above. When someone turns on the water on the floor above, it is quite noisy and disturbs the peace. Access to the accommodation by the road is a bit complicated if you have a larger car (certainly not the fault of the owner of the accommodation, but it should be noted).

Good location near the center of Niska banja. Polite staff, clean rooms, pleasant environment, free parking. We stayed here on our way back from the sea from Greece and due to the crowd at the border and some minor problems with the car, we arrived after the check-in time had expired. We called and said a little earlier that we would be late and the staff said that someone would wait for us. So it was. We have to praise this gesture. During our stay, the staff tried to be at our service, but not to bother us. From time to time they asked if we needed anything and if we needed any advice or help.

Not a downside, but an FYI that the road was a little challenging to find. Once I did, the road was narrow and I was worried I wouldn't fit with my big rental car! You can also park your car in town if you can find a spot, and then walk.

This place was adorable!! They did my laundry for a small fee. There are balconies and areas for sitting outside. There is a parking lot but the road to get there was a little tiny.

It is quiet, a relaxing environment. There is a regular bus into Nis all day from about 6am to 11pm.

Location, room, and Miss Slobodanka.

Location is exellent, accomodation is very good. Bathroom need reparetes, room is clean, worm. Miss Slobodanka is very comunicative, kind, professional, she answer on all my question and make our holidey very nice. Thanks a lot once again.

Not a particular dislike, but just a little heads up for future guests - there's a pretty narrow turn in the driveway so longer cars might require a bit of maneuvering.

Exceptional location in the very center, quiet and very clean property with free private parking, smoking and non-smoking rooms with private bathrooms, heating and air conditioning, functional mini kitchen, free WiFi, cable TV... Warm recommendations!

Very good location near park, 5 minutes to bus stop. Enough space, little kitchen. Very nice stuff, quick check-in. Goood value. Good alternative to Niš downtown.

Don't even try to access this place by car - the adjacent street is so steep that it was better for us at least to park at the parking spot further up (next to the park) - a good work out though walking up and down that hill :)

In the room at zero floor they should definitely put some nets on the windows. Bathroom could use some renovation. Still considering money we paid, it was great value.

Location is amazing, just a few steps from the main street. Playground for children is also great with the trampoline, slider and swings.

Old school furniture, not renovated bathrooms, beds. There were no garden toys for children,. because of the rainy previous days.

Big picnic table on the balcony right outside my window (room 7, if I remember correctly). Naturally, guests from other rooms decided to have a picnic there until midnight, with drinking, smoking, conversation and laughter, etc. Window doesn't shut properly, and even if did, it wouldn't block the noise entirely. Maybe if you are lucky, no one will use this table, in which case the room is fine. If you are unlucky, they may sit there until after midnight. Note that there is a huge and beautiful public park 100m away from the hotel, with plenty of benches for evening picnics. Plus the hotel has its own cafe, also with tables. So no need for this picnic table on the balcony. Hotel should remove this table immediately and replace with potted plants or something else to occupy the space. Until they do that, and assuming you dislike noise right outside your window at midnight, I advise avoiding this hotel or at least making sure to avoid this particular room.

The room smelled strongly of tobacco, the bedding was wet and rough.

The comunication with the staff was very good, they sent us every Information about the location, etc.
