To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaOnly reception staff speak English. Nobody else spoke English. It is difficult to communicate. Even to order food or tea, I had to take reception help. Housekeeping staff was not providing room essentials on daily basis.
Good location near metro and RZD station. Mall across the road provides forex exchange and some restaurant options. Many small eateries are also around.

Hotel is lovely and price was great too. It is located just a minute walk from the metro station, next to a small shopping centre and few min away from Izmaylovo Kremlin. Beautiful view from the window and location really made it quite special. I did not order room service as mainly ate out, but both selection & prices looked decent too.

RussiaThe picture accompanying the room I originally booked didn't look anything like the room we got. But I was able to upgrade to a better room for about $20 a night, and that room was great.
This is the BEST location--the metro station nearby goes right to Red Square, and Izmailovo Kremlin and Park are right there, and there's a ton of stuff to do.
