This is not a location where you can do good snorkeling from the beach at the hotel directly. The dinner is just a good buffet, and all facilities are just fine. That makes it pretty expensive for a just-fine hotel.

The swimming pool and park looks good, the room was beautiful.

While our overall stay at the hotel was fantastic, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The swimming pool was a bit small, which limited the space for guests to swim and relax. Additionally, the afternoon tea offered was a bit basic and could have had a wider variety of options. However, these minor drawbacks did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was comfortable and well-appointed, perfect for our honeymoon. The honeymoon package added a special touch to our experience. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a memorable stay. We loved taking advantage of the complimentary water sports activities and spending time on the beautiful beach.

Staff (apart from Indian) were not polite and unwilling to help Some of us had gifts in the room, some did not So much construction noise at 7 am Spa is never open to book

Everything was perfect. The room was big and clean, with an amazing view to the ocean. The breakfast and dinner had a huge variety of food and a very nice atmosphere. There were always enough chairs on the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A few extras seemed a bit expensive: the drinks at the restaurant and the snorkeling boat excursions to St. Pierre. Could have found cheaper alternatives elsewhere so no benefit for hotel guests.

Really liked that our room was near the beach and the views were super nice - felt really like paradise. The beach itself with sun loungers for hotel guests is a bonus. Dinner was great - so much variety to choose from and the restaurant location on the beach by the sea is so romantic. Breakfast was good as well - delicious fresh juice and smoothies!

The cushions were not comfortable, however they would help you in fixing anything.

-Great food, many local dishes, not too much but high quality - Super friendly staff - free snorkeling tour/ sunset tour, u should definitely book it, it's worth it - nice rooms - supermarket and good take away spots in walking distance of 10-15min along the beautiful beach

First few days sea was loaded with seaweeds nothing hotel can control of course. The room was right in front of the sea which was great spot to be. Room itself is good size with a terrace even though very difficult to stay in the heat. Furniture in the room has seen better days and we felt it could do well with an uplifting. Main bed is comfortable but sofa bed didn’t feel the same. Overall if we would compare with several hotels we’ve seen on the island including the luxury one next door, Paradise Sun is way nicer place to be especially with kids.

Excellent location in front of the sea, spacious and beautiful grounds, green gardens and wonderful view. Activities planned every day and really good. Good breakfast good coffee in the morning and a different themed cuisine in the evenings with good variety of salads, grills, curries and sweets every evening. Our favorite was Asian dinner… Staff were the best part in this hotel, kind, helpful and easy going. We had very good encounters with all and felt very homely. You can see that people are happy to work there and there is a good team spirit which we didn’t see anywhere else. Lovelde and the lady Manager in the reception, Sabri in the restaurant and John for arranging boat tours and running the Friday night show were great and all the other staff always very sweet with our kids.

A big group of (loud) sky divers arrived during the second week of our stay. Needleless to say that the whole "honeymoon" experience wasn't the same anymore We understand that the hotel needs to do business but, in our opinion, the management could have done a better job in reminding the new guests that the hotel is specially known for its quietness, romantic and relaxing atmosphere

Fantastic location with a fantastic beach. All the local shops are close by and accessible by the beach Ask for the rooms 23 or 24, they are 20 meters from the beach and full view on it!

Our recent seven-night stay at the Paradise Sun Hotel was truly our best vacation ever. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service, warm hospitality, and breathtaking surroundings created a paradisiacal experience. The staff's dedication was evident when, despite arriving more than three hours early, they made every effort to check us in promptly, even treating us to complimentary drinks, coffee, and cakes. Throughout our stay, every request and inquiry was met with utmost professionalism and efficiency, ensuring our complete satisfaction. Special thanks go to Venkat and Abi, whose friendly and welcoming presence added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. A shout-out to Windy, our diligent housekeeper, who not only maintained our room to perfection but also assisted in locating my misplaced progressive running and sunglasses. The culinary experience was a delight, with varied and delicious options. The friendly waitstaff and entertaining contributions added to the overall enjoyment. A heartfelt thank you to the lady who skillfully crafted my daily breakfast omelet. Eve, the staff member who organized a spectacular round-trip tour of Mahé for us upon check-out, deserves special recognition. Unspectacular breakfast. I expected better for the price paid per night (€400 with breakfast and dinner).

We had a magnificent dinner on the 1st day (Crioulo Buffet). The restaurant's floor is made of sand, as it is in the beach area. Love Cote D`Or Beach, fine sand that looks like flour and sea without waves.
