The tv was kind of useless, couldn’t connect it to iPhone or iPad without HDMI. The bathroom lighting is too warm and dim, harder to get ready as a girl!

In my room was really cold, even air condition was set up to blow hot air on max. Staff my situation figured out with second blabket, that could be done better, move to another room or something.

We skipped cleaning one day, we also like thinking about the environment eg:) But it would have been nice to get at least one little clean towel anyhow.

We really liked the central position. Staff was friendly, we got to get in earlier, and it is easy to walk or easily jump on a bus to everywhere. We walked with suitcases from the central station. About 20 minutes. It was no problem. Beds were comfortable, and the breakfast, except for the not-tasting-anything-bacon, was really nice. Seems like a popular place, since people were having both lunch and dinner there as well.

Banyo.. bathroom was terribly small. There was no space between sink and toilet. When taking shower you can turn around . I should be better because except bathroom everything was perfect

The bathroom cabin is claustrophobically small

Conveniently and centrally located with easy access to public transportation as well as the airport bus. Staff was very kind and friendly. Room was basic, but with a Scandinavian chic. Breakfast was absolutely amazing!

If you are very picky, the bathroom had some places where the paint needed to be touched up. but the bathroom was super clean.

The facilities are super good. The location was also very good, about 15 minutes from the central station. The staff were super attentive and polite.

The temperature in the room could have been a couple of degrees higher at some points but it wasn't uncomfortable or cold!

Very clean and modern rooms! Breakfast was also great with a lot of options. Staff was great and made sure my request was followed! Location was a bit far from the city centre but it was great for me that was there for work nearby

Our room wasn’t really ready for check in, which I think was just a communication miss - it happens. We just laughed about it, and forgot to mention it when we checked out but this is a friendly reminder to check all rooms before checking in guests.

We liked the location, easy to walk into town but also not too noisy. Really nice hotel lobby and restaurant area etc. Lovely social staff.

The receptionists manager upgraded my room for a one with windows and was a nice detail, also everything was right and nice , the breakfast was high quality, superb scrambled eggs , 💪🏻for the morning cook 🔥

I found the breakfast very busy despite not going at a "busy" time. It wasn't a huge problem but there was a huge queue to the coffee machine which meant that I had to eat my breakfast first and then get a drink.

I was pleasantly surprized by the size of the room and bed as single rooms without windows tend to be very small. I chose the location based on its proximity to a restaurant I was eating at in the evening but you can also walk into central Stockholm really quickly. Breakfast was very good, though very busy.

We had booked a double room and our beds were two singles that had been pushed together - which was the only real downside about the whole stay.

Great location, lots of nice places to eat nearby. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and functional - on the small size, but given the prices in Stockholm it was great value for money. They had a water dispenser downstairs, a nice bar, and the shower had great pressure.

Both the room and bed were very small. It was a squeeze for two people.

The hotel is great value for money, the rooms are really clean, the location is good not too far from the metro and the breakfast is really generous.

Very basic breakfast, no fish Room shower drain was not working properly, water collected Door card didn't work at first, had to be replaced Nothing really bad, but a few minor inconveniences
