aircondition did not work and staff call to ask whether we wanted to change room and spoke to my daughter who said no. when talking to staff again it was to late to change room. It was a holiday though so the restaurant was busy at all times and clean up of the restaurant took long time.

Staff are super friendly and so helpful, breakfast offers a large selection of food from pancakes to joghurts with a selection of toppings, Swedish, Continental and hot options too. My room was lovely , quite, very comfy and very clean. I had a late flight and there was no problem to leave my luggageat the hotel while I explored Malmö

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to all restaurants, shops and cafés and the central station if you travel by train or bus. The room was better than expected. Spacious and clean with very comfy beds. Breakfast was so good and tasty. Something to suit everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Located just a brief 10-minute stroll from the central station, it offers easy access to numerous restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Our room impressed us with its ample space and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast buffet surpassed our expectations, offering a delightful spread of options. Furniture were dated, that can be ok as the bed was fine. A brown carpet on the floor was very dated, and with a lot of ugly spots and miscolourings, it has to be changed as it gives the impression of being dirty. Having carpets in rooms were people sleep is also very rare in Nordic countries so this was odd and spoiled the image of the spacious room.

The hotel is very nice and well located. Hotel staff was kind and professional, breakfast excellent. The room was well functioning so to speak, light and you can open windows and I love that.

There were some software issues that meant checking in was not possible. Took a while to be fixed, but not too long. Maybe 25 min?

It is in the center of Malmö, Gustaf Adolfs torg. You can get here by foot (10/15min ) or with the bus (busses) 6min from the Central station. Breakfast very good and the breakfast room was very nice. I asked for a quiet room on the upper floor, and we got one on the 5th floor. A little complicated to get there (long corridors, 2 elevators) but it was so worth it. Perfectly silent!! I went swimming very early in the morning, but before breakfast (6.30 a.m.) you can find (new brewed) coffee and hot tea with croissants in the lobby. Very appreciated!.

Room was so hot. Room view was not good because we were a family and our junior room unfortunately was located to other building not the main street. I know its not possible to add swimming pool in this hotel but if they add jacuzzi beside the sauna that would be amazing in know it's possible.

Location and parking in garage. Room space is good and bathroom was so good. Breakfast was so good. Staff they were so nice and helpful. Hotel so clean quiet gym and sauna was clean and nice.

The TV cannot cast our own show via our own phones, we did cast in other Elite hotels before, but this time we cannot. And the facilities are a little bit old, but clean enough.

The location of this hotel is very convenient for shopping and dining. The bath is comfortable.

I did not really like the room, it felt pretty dark compare to other Elites rooms I stayed in. But hey it still was very nice and a very big bathroom + bathtub, wooop! The Tv was weird, everything we needed to pay for.

I been staying at Elites hotels many times and it is always a great place to stay. We did attend a wedding close by, we needed to have an iron and it was no problem to get that in last minute. PLUS the breakfast is the best in town!

Beds are a bit old. If your partner moves when sleeping the whole bed shakes. The springs in the mattress are old. Gym needs to be repaired after water damage Everything else is great

Malmo music festival was in progress. We had a courtyard room at the back which was satisfactory and quieter. Buffet breakfast was up to standard and adequate. Good location not too far from facilities.

The room felt a little dated, but was comfortable enough. The mini bar was boring and the wines a very low quality. some of the Tv channels weren’t working and there were no speakers for music feels like for the price they could innovate a bit

A little off dated the room and the view was not the nicest as we stayed on the first floor in superior room. The bar staff was not friendly!
