It was impossible to change the temperature in the shower, which was a bit strange.

Room was nice and clean, tasty breakfast, friendly staff and the location was good as well.

The shower, there is no proper "stopper" for the water and flooding the toilet floor is way too easy. Being mindful of the stream helps but it's not really relaxing. Also the room I got had 2-glass windows, which means you'll hear everything going on outside even when you are on the third floow. People partying, cheering and arguing, it may be a bit difficult to get some sleep the until a bit after midnight.

The location is good, staff is service minded and welcoming. The breakfast was good, no complaints, especially the waffles was something I really enjoyed.

Our room is was quite cold. The windows were very old and the radiators not big enough to heat the rain room. The duvet was thin and no blankets available. The night receptionist was not friendly.

Great location close to lots of good restaurants, bars and shops. Bus stop for local buses only 5 mins walk away and only 10 mins walk from train station. Lovely walk along the canal only 5 mins away.

Everything was great, however would like to inform you about which you can improve or take care. The kids’ room can be kept opened without having to ask for opening it through a receptionist who also has to attend the customers. It becomes a bit awkward to ask for opening it. Otherwise everything in the hotel is excellent.

There really isn't much light in the room (standard room) - no ceiling lights. If you have sight issues, or want to read a book without straining your eyes, the lack of light might be an issue.

Great location, everything is pretty close. The room was comfortable and clean, "I'm going green" option is a nice addition. While not completely soundproof, i really didn't hear the noise from the outside, even when the square was buzzing with activity. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The sauna was not warm. The hotel is difficult to reach by car due pedestrian zones in the city.

Comfy beds, the room was well ventilated without any noisy AC and the breakfast was great - even for us vegans, Oatleys Oatgurt!

bathroom needed a few minor repairs - shower head cracked and spraying out the back. Locks on doors were being changed during our stay. given we were there one night this could have been delayed until we departed.

The room was kept rather cold. The curtains could not shut out completely the light, which is not nice in the morning. I would have appreciated some fresh orange juice (vs the low quality juice coming out of the machine) and better fruit variety.

Very big and spacious room, recently renovated. Excellent central location and friendly staff. Availability of indoors parking. Good breakfast with take-away options for those arriving after 9.30.
