To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceFor a four star hotel with a lot of building in it’s possession, the sauna and the fitness area could have been better. Don’t know if they have other type of rooms, but the one I’ve got (the queen room) was okay for only one person, two might have been fighting for where to pass.
Just 15 mins from central train station and 5 mins from the old town. The room was so small and the toilet furniture so old, but it was okay for a solo traveller. The view from the breakfast place was amazing. Breakfast was great!

FranceThe furniture mostly in the restroom was a bit old but it was all covered in marble. Eventually you can’t say it was a bad thing.
It was just 20 mins from the Central Station and 3 mins from the old town. A great view from the both restaurants and room certain rooms and a very helpful staff.

But the following day I asked again they did have 2 rooms available but had to pay $50 per room per night. Really disappointed that they did not honor a free upgrade.

GreeceIt's a minor thing, but there were no slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. It wasn't a big inconvenience, but for a Hilton hotel one would assume these are expected toiletries to be provided for the guests.
A very nice hotel with excellent staff! Our room was right over the bridge on top of the road, and our view of the city was superb! Everything was comfortable, clean and perfect for a couple. The morning buffet was really good and with great variety, and again the staff was absolutely polite and helpful. The same goes for the receptionists at the front desk, they were always friendly and ready to help us with everything. Also, the location is perfect, we could walk everywhere, everything of interest is close by. All in all, we had a great stay and we will choose the hotel again.

NorwayUnfortunately, we encountered a significant issue with the room temperature. Despite maxing out the heating settings, the room remained uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. This detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of our time in the hotel.
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, being in close proximity to the train station and within walking distance to popular areas. This convenience greatly enhanced our overall stay. The staff, particularly those managing the breakfast buffet, were exceptional. Their friendliness and attentiveness added a positive touch to our mornings.

GermanyI was sad that the ladies’ sauna was not in service, but that’s ok… next time!
I loved the location and the atmosphere- it was so enjoyable. I staff was super-friendly and helpful. The view was amazing and the proximity to the Tunnelbanan and Gamla Stan was very good. There were many nice places to eat, and a small grocery store very close by. I felt very safe and comfortable in the area.
