Breakfast is good, full of varieties. Strategic location, just beside Kista Galleria mall and walking distance from bus and train station. Hotel common facilities are great. Billard, ping pong, mini gym, laundry etc provided.

The hotel is very close to the metronstation and to the shoping mall. The reception was always friendly. The room was well furnished and had most amenities. The breakfast buffet was great.

well located, about 20mn to central Stockholm by metro but not so easy to find when you come off the train, you have to cross the whole shopping center, they should put signs to help finding it as the GPS doesn't !

I didn't like the party next door. However, the excellent staff enabled me to change the room only for that night even though the hotel was almost fully-booked. The approach of the staff was great and guest-friendly.

Breakfast was excellent. A wide range of products is provided. Also, the distance to the train station is close to the hotel, making it easy to go to the centre. The rooms are cosy, and the beds are comfortable. Everything is clean, as well as the equipment in the room.

Too far away from city center... You need 5 minutes to get to the metro, 5 minutes you wait, 20min to T-Centralen, then another 5-10 minutes to get out from deep underground in a very stinky metro. Annoying. I paid at the reception and was about 5% more than what Booking said! Entrance looks destroyed, seems like they don't care.

Overall ok, nice place, bed was ok, sauna is a great plus. Nice parks in the nearby, plenty of shops and restaurants as well. Breakfast was excellent, generous and varied, didn't need to have lunch.

There are not many things to complain about - on the day of arrival the lift was not working but it was fixed quickly (and luckily we were on the first floor anyway). Breakfast serving hours were quite early, on weekdays until 9.00 and on weekends until 10.00 - the background is that most guests are there for work and leave early.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and were very satisfied - nice stay, comfortable beds. Our room was spacious, well kept and clean. The room had the necessary facilities, including an iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. There were refillable shampoo, bath gel and soap containers in the bathroom. The breakfast was quite plentiful and with many options, including vegetarian. The hotel is a bit further from the center but really close to the Kista metro station. There is a shopping mall around.

The room looks very neat and it was very comfortable staying here. Also, the lobby is very cosy and the staff is extremely friendly. Even though the hotel was not in the centre, it was easy getting there by metro.

The phones in the rooms do not work. If there is a way to get the to work, put instructions in the rooms. Otherwise, just remove them. The link to setup Chromecast did not work in both rooms we stayed in. WiFi does not reconnect. One has to remove/forget the connection and reconnect, everyday. The curtains let through too much light than I would have liked, especially where the windows are. Fridge and water boiler missing. I could understand fridge being more expensive and uses more electricity, but water boiler is cheap and most people won't use it. But for people that use it, not having it is an annoyance. I don't drink tea, but my wife does, for instance.

Customer oriented receptionists. Very good breakfast. Improved handling of housekeeping. During my stay last year, they require that one have to go to the reception the night before if the room should be cleaned the next day. Thus couldn't be done by phone since the phones don't work. Now, they asked during check-in how often one wants housekeeping. I am glad the rectify the handling.

Due to Covid (?) the room was only cleaned after asking for it (the next day). That could be organized a bit better. The elevator was a bit noisy (my room was close to it) - during the night the signal to tell that an elevator car has arrived could be made less loud. It can be annoying at 4 in the night ...

The breakfast was very good; a very good variation of offers. Very friendly and helpful personal. A little bar and restaurant where you can get a good selection of drinks (and some simple food) if you want.
