Construction works were very quiet, only sometimes cardboard boxes blocked the escape route. Access to the apartment was via a code, this may bother some people, but it worked well.

As I have read other review and was expected to be asked to fill in a form only after you have paid and no warning by the property beforehand, I still found the process unpleasant and intrusive. There were many messages sent from the property and each of them very long-winded. My case was very bad as each time, the message came with a different address. I just assume the company holds many units and until my check in, i decided no need to clarify. On the day of my check-in, i use the location of property and viewed the place on google map. We arrived at the area at 9p.m. and it took us 10:30p.m. before i received a message from the host that i should not used the location map in their message but should use the written address in their text. We used 90 minutes to go around trying to find the entrance to the apartment. When i suggested to the host that they should be very careful with the use of the location map in their message so that no one needed to waste so much time to look for the place, the reply was ' most of their guests did not have any problem finding it". I thought that was not customer-orientated. I could not find it because the location map in their message was wrong.

good size apartment and very tidy and clean. Interesting neighbourhood and supermarket is at door step. Renovation did not make any noise just very messy entry lobby.

Everything was like in the picture - new, clean and cozy. I loved the interior, big fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. It is located in great place, right across the street from the flat there is a grocery shop.

The duvet had 2 small stains and the counter in the kitchen was covered in something sticky.

The rooms were really spacious and the construction work sounds werent loud at all. The district is peaceful while not being that far from the city centre. The grocery shop was right outside which was very convenient as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there

The building is new and seems to be still under construction (such as one of the elevators), but this doesn't affect the place. Communication with the host wasn't easy (I really recommend getting a WhatsApp number), and check-in is at 10 (earlier than the 11 a.m. common rule). If you want a 2-hour late checkout, you have to pay 50 USD, which doesn't make sense.

I loved the studio. It has great Swedish decoration, is very spacious, and is accessible for people with disabilities. The location is also great: it is in the hipster neighborhood of Sweden, and is greatly connected to the historic center.

All facilities are good.

The construction noise started around from 08:30 so it didn't affect me at all because I go out early. The room is spacious for 1 or 2 people. The location is convenient as the terminal bus stop of no.76 is just right at the corner of the building, which go through the main sight seeing spots (every 15, 20 mins). The supermarket is also close to the building as opposite of the street. I enjoyed having meal at the kitchen.

The construction work started at 7am and could be heard even with ear plugs in, it was not mentioned at the time of my booking but was made clear near the time of the trip. I felt that when self catering a microwave would have been helpful.

The location was about 15 minutes from the metro, there was a shop opposite to buy provisions. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and the bed was really comfortable.

during my stay there was construction work on the building from 07:30 am to at least 06:00 pm making it difficult for someone to rest during that hours. to be honest construction work was listed on the Booking advertise for the apartment but it would be great if the construction noise stopped at 2:30 pm

Apartment missed personal attention from owner. It had almost everything like in picture but was missing some things like nice bed cover and some decors. Our conclusion was that apartment is for business and it misses cozynest feeling. For sleeping are used synthetic duvets and bed covers which made unclear feeling was it hot or cold. There is no TV or speaker. Small things but with those you can make background mood. The most disappointing was registration process - we had to submit personal ID information and selfie picture otherwise we could look for other place. There was no explanation to whom this information is provided and what is purpose.

Nice district, just next to Coop grocery shop, nice walking distance to city center or easy connection with public transport, around apartment there are parks and a lot of walking options. Despite construction works (next to building SL digs new Metro station) our stay was not disturbed. Works starts after 8:00 and as apartment is on other side then it was just a small noise. Apartment by itself had most of things which needs for staying and food preparation. There was complementary tea, coffee, sugar. Apartment was warm. Outside was +10 but heating still worked. Access information was with 3 different codes but instructions were super clear and it was easy to find everything.

I did not like that the hosts tells you that NOBODY except registered guests can go into the building in a threatening tone. I understand there may be insurance issues, but having a local friend for a visit should be allowed.

Well located, easy to get anywhere by public transport, nice neighborhood, quiet comfortable room with everything you need and easy keyless access.
