The price is steep, but the 12-hour stay was worth the cost with our 26-hour layover.

The staff were great to communicate with, and they were happy to accomodate us when we requested to check in much earlier than initially anticipated since we were exhausted from our flight. The beds were so comfy, shower was great, and we even received a complimentary meal. After we checked out (in the very early hours of the morning), the staff allowed us to camp out in their hotel lounge until our flight, which was very cosy with our young daughter still sleeping in our arms.

Charged $46 for my 3 year old when the booking price paid was for a twin bed room and about $400. Think that was unnecessary as the cost covered the room why did I pay extra for my child?

Incrediblly convenient when arriving after midnight from an 8hoir flight with 2 children under 4. Staff were very helpful, efficient to check us in and very friendly. A much needed hot shower and comfortable bed was provided along with the complimentary meal before we checked out in the morning. Food was great and coffee also very good! Such a life saver. Highly recommend.

The toilets were not very clean as it is a shared toilet they should be cleaned more often. The value for money is ridiculous. For a 6 hours stay it was $240 dollars.

Most of the rooms don't have windows so there is no natural light and can be rather claustrophobic.

Our flight arrived at 9pm. We had a flight the next morning with a different carrier which meant we had to collect our bags and check them in with the new airline. Lucky we flew with a carrier that offered early check in, otherwise, we would not have been able to collect our new boarding pass and enter the terminal.

Very convenient location which made our early morning flight out the next morning really easy.

It is quite noisy in the passage of the solo rooms at times especially near the entrance. Suggest you request a room away from the entrance or bring ear plugs.

Very convenient location right in the transit terminal, literally 1 minute to/from the gate. Good breakfast included.

This was our first visit here and the room was quite spacious with two double beds (for 3 of us) and a nice bathroom. The convenience of just walking from our arrival gate to the hotel and back to our departure gate was worthwhile and the breakfast choices were more than expected, and very tasty.

Room didn't have a window, and a shared bathroom - didn't bother me but some people may not like that. Expensive but worth it for the convenience and ability to spend time in transit beside the pool

If you want a room with a window you need to ask when you book or check in. I assumed that every room would have "some" view and was disappointed when I entered the room to find no window. I did get another room, but the window was very tiny.

Was sometimes a little noisy, I could hear vacuums when the cleaners were cleaning other rooms so not as sound proofed as others I’ve stayed in

Located far end of T1. Long walk from sky train.

Located air side so could check bags thru to destination and still have ability to go into Singapore and then enjoy on airport facilities. Pool is a good idea.

I would like to be able to control the temp as I found the room a little too warm esp as no windows. I do think $400nzd for 12 hrs is expensive but I guess you are paying for the convenience and it does make a long stop over more bearable.

A comfortable sleep, good bathroom facilities. The pool time was so refreshing followed by a very tasty meal!

There was a note in the room advising there was construction work which would create noise. And there was. I would have preferred to know this beforehand rather than after I had paid.

The location is great for a short transit stopover.

The fact that we couldn't leave our hand luggage at the hotel before check-in but had to take it to storage which was quite a way from the hotel. Also the meal on offer was not very nice.
