We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location is perfect, just behind Orchard Road and between 2 MRT stations. Lots of eating places and shopping malls within minutes of walking distance. The swimming pool on top is quite nice offering much needed relaxation after a day's walk.

VietnamThe hotel is rather old and rusty, the lamp in my room was broken, the curtains are not in a good condition either. Only one global power socket, others are Singaporean style so be prepared with some adapters.
The location is good, near Somerset MRT and bus station, as well as other shopping centers in Orchard. The water filter with cold/hot water inside the room is another nice surprise.
