The toilet/shower is a bit on the small side, but for those without kids it shouldn't be a major issue.

The room was very clean and there are various amenities available like the swimming pool and gym.

i really didnt like the fact there are no closets for storing clothes, which was a hindrance with bags flodding the rooms.

Had many issues with booking (differences between what booking.com quoted and what the hotel stipulated) Had issues with check in, asked to be paid again even though paid in full 2 months earlier. Got given an upgrade (which turned out to be a room for less occupants) And then the key cards stopped working half way through the stay. Lots of inconvenience with not a lot of empathy

There was some kind of renovation, work noises everyday. Not horrible but not pleasant either. Also work was done in my room before check in. So things are dusty and traces of plaster or ceiling dust are visible. Additionally the AC blows right into the small bed compartment in the loft and the AC vents are visibly very dirty.

For us with children and old parents, walk to MRT Station is quite far need to walk quite sometime. Recommend Better to use Taxi to tourism places.

The Hotel Room is good for me with 2 Daughters together in one room. My Parents are also Happy together with my other daughter staying together in one room, everything is clean and they provide blanket, sheet and pillow for free, but you have to put the sheet to the sofabed by yourself. The river bank and the view outside is very nice Many restaurants at night...

TV had no internet connection, only 2 channels was viewable no comb in the tolietries the tabletop was not cleaned properly, marks was seen from the previous guest the floor was very wet in the morning due to the condensation from the lower floor. cannot move around easily

Cleanliness needs to improve for bit including pest control. I notice dust at air-condition in the room and contact lens that doesn’t get clean on the floor (our group has nobody use contact lens). I asked for towel more than triple times until I got it.

Understaffed. Staffed were overwhelmed with number of guests. They did not appear to be prepared for the influx of guests, which they should’ve anticipated. At the price we paid for, could’ve gotten a newer hotel with updated facilities.

We had an issue with the room AC and had to change rooms twice - luckily we didn't move our luggage from the first room till we checked the second one so it was easy to move to the third. Cleaning was not up to the mark. Dusty and dirty corners, blackened shower pipes, etc. Not up to the standard. Calls to reception were rarely answered. Staff tried to be helpful but were overwhelmed.

The loft concept was attractive and that is why we booked the hotel. Location was good.

The check in was not great, there was a wait time and the staff were not very welcome. Even though I paid for breakfast they told me I didn’t. I insisted and showed my booking and they rectified the mistake but it was an awkward process. While the space was nice the treatment they conveyed affected the first impression.

The location is great, it’s a 2 min walk to the river side and many restaurants. The property itself is very modern, the breakfast space is lovely and so is the cafe. The room was nice but I mistakenly booked the loft where the bed was upstairs. The stairs are narrow and the bathroom is downstairs so not very safe. I would recommend the loft with the bed downstairs.

While I was looking forward to the loft stay, we didn’t use the loft as much! I believe a huge portion of the floor space goes into the loft. So the bottom floor was a little cramped. Smaller than what I expected from photos! Stairs up to the loft are also a little steep. But overall the stay was excellent.

I liked the general decor of the room and hotel, very clean and cozy! Made for an excellent staycation spot. Staying in a loft was a unique experience. Much of the fun came from looking around the room and climbing the stairs haha!

The loft was very small and pictures were indicating a slightly bigger space. There was no proper sitting area and the toilet was extremely small. I did not like that after arriving to the hotel I was expected to do the self check in. Reception was full of staff members and they were offering links rather than a service. I submitted all the requested information while booking this place and had to repeat this exercise while being tired after journey, once we arrived at the hotel. I was also offered buying breakfasts although my booking should be exclusive of them. I had to point this to the staff and this was rectified. I think, in an apology gesture, we received 2 vouchers for the drinks at the hotel bar, but were unable to claim them as there were no present staff when we went to the bar, within hours indicated. Understandably, our schedule was too busy to accommodate multiple tries and searching for the staff. I also did not quite like a member of the staff knocking at our door at 8.30am to offer the laundry service, but maybe it is a customary thing in that location.

This was a pleasant loft room. It had essential facilities and it was clean and modern. Location was very good and the lounge area was also very pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh omelettes option, plenty of juices and desserts.
