The hotel is in a convenient location, right on top of a subway stop, though getting to the reception was a bit confusing, had to walk through the mall - but there are signs. Our room was ready a bit earlier than expected, which we appreciated, as we had arrived quite early. Had a 17th floor room (we think) with a great view and all amenities you would need. Slept quite well and it was quiet. Left breakfast aside, as it was too expensive for what we typically need, but there's a nice coffee bar with tasty pastries at the entrance. We also appreciated the brasserie on the first evening - having a burger, a beer and a direct elevator to the bed was perfect. There was also the possibility to buy a late checkout until 6pm - perfect as we had a very late flight out.

Not really a huge issue but the Bathrooms could be better. I found the lighting in the bathroom to be too little. The air in the room was confusing. I found myself too hot and would have liked to have dropped it a degree or two more.

I liked the Lobby and the breakfast. Location was good. Rooms were generic but decent. The way the room lighting worked was very good. I appreciated having an iron in the room.

The location is fantastic, and the view from the room's window completely met expectations. The staff is very helpful, and everything was great, making me look forward to staying again in Singapore next time.

The price of the buffet breakfast was expensive, we thought that could have been cheaper for a family of 4.

Checking in for us was not straight forward as we were told different things - one room was ready and another was not. Minutes later we were told that both rooms we weren’t ready. We went out, came back later and waited for quite a bit to receive our hotel cards. But it’s not bad.

Breakfast was good but you have to go there earlier to avoid queues. The view outside the hotel room balcony was stunning and the room was very comfortable and spacious. We were given connecting rooms as requested and appreciated that. There was a tap for filtered water in the bathroom that I never seen in any other hotel room that I went. That was a bonus. We also loved the bed, bathroom, toiletry kits that was provided and the spacious table and bench near the window. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you!

We had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was a 2 x double bed room. We only had 3 suitcases and the room felt small. The room would not be spacious enough if we had 4 suitcases open. The space in the room could have been better utilised as there was an entry cupboard near the door, which was not used.

Location of the hotel was excellent. It was above a shopping centre and had access to two MRT lines. We had a city view room and the view was still great even though we weren't on the higher floors.

Great location in Singapore, downtown, with good transportation connection. Breakfast has been excellent (lot of options) and other facilities available.

Bathroom lock seems to be too old and malfunctioned once to lock us outside, should be upgraded soonest.

The breakfast was very crowded and a lot of food was already finished, even if we came around 9 o'clock. It was Easter, so hard to say if this was standard.

The hotel had a high standard and very nice, helpful staff. The location was great!

Bathtub in our room got clogged and took hrs to drain the water.

It’s located right in the heart of Singapore walking distance to shopping malls, MRTs and bus stops. Great view from room. Swimming pool is good size and depth for kids.

Swissotel The Stamford Singapore exceeded all expectations, offering an exceptional stay. The highlight was the incredibly spacious bathroom, a rarity in hotel accommodations. Another thoughtful touch was the provision of filtered water on tap, a convenient and eco-friendly amenity. Moreover, the hotel went above and beyond by providing a partial harbor view without any request. These small gestures, coupled with the amazing and accommodating staff, contributed to a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. Our only gripe was the shower. Yet again one would need a manual to figure out how to work it and as short people it was very difficult to get in and out over the wide bath edge.

Great hotel, with a direction connection to the airport with the metro. Located in a walking distance to tourist hot spots. Nice design. Great view from the room. Spacious and comfy room.

Very clean, staff friendly and respectful, great environment, spectacular views to Sands Bay , walkable to the marina and gardens.

Buffet breakfast was a bit overrated. Will go out and try something better next time.

MRT is just right under. In the same building with the shopping center. Food court with authentic Asian food and more restaurants at basement. Room is clean and the view is fantastic.
